It was difficult to find any reference pictures to share my visions but with everything I had provided, you did an amazing job. Brides, be aware that she charges 1000 per hour as wait fees and she had NOT informed me beforehand. I had booked her for my reception in the evening, and the wedding rituals took longer than expected (which I had no control over). I was close to one hour late, so she charged me 1000 extra for waiting for one hour and when I told her she had never informed me about the wait fees, she threatened to leave. I was in tears, what was I supposed to do but pay her at that point? She is rude and unprofessional. And her hair dresser was actually talking against her back telling me she's done the same with other customers as well. So be aware of what you're getting into.

I would give zero if I could. She ruined my engagement night. I was supposed to be ready by 7.15 pm but she arrived at 7.15 pm with a sad story that her mom in law was ill. I empathize with her situation and respect that she made her family is her priority. She had no right to ruin my night. Very unprofesssional. If she had notified me, I would have arranged for a random local parlor lady who would have dressed me 100 times better. She came and without even consulting me, did some random makeup and draped my saree within 15-20 minutes and left. I was late for the event and all she wanted was money that day. Next day she pinged me for money even though she had told me that she doesn't want the money (before arriving to dress me and when she was profusely apologising for being late). Any way my big night was ruined. I had paid 3000 advance and did not pay the rest of the money. I was kinda disappointed in myself that I chose her to doll me up that day.

I came across this lady on this website. After seeing all the reviews and pictures of the make up I called her up to inquire. She spoke very softly for all my queries and made me comfortable, hence I paid advance n booked her. Then literally after a month, when my wedding day was nearing I tried calling her for trial and she says very busy. Initially, she said she'll give trial and now she answers so rudely to her customers if you ask her. Like any other customer, i asked her for any complimentary things she can provide with makeup and she says "I am a certified make up artist, not parlor wala artist" in a very arrogant way. And if you ask her anything more she says- "go get it done with someone else", I was very unhappy by these words. This not the way to treat a customer! I was very polite with every conversation and she was totally opposite showing all her attitude. Very Very arrogant. Finally she msgs 2 weeks before the wedding and says she can't make it as she's going to her husband's treatment. The reason might be valid but the arrogant and irresponsible behaviour she showed before cancelling is really not good. She doesn't listen to your worries, she's not at all polite, has a lot of attitudes and arrogant. As she calls herself so called "certified" artist she should know that professional people will know how to treat a customer, they will be more patient, they will not say to go get it done by someone and finally doesn't miss the commitment. Please learn how to treat customers! Every bride will be worried about the makeup and how they look and you should know to understand and deal with it to call yourself professional. I have never given bad reviews to anyone till now but this lady was so arrogant and non-professional that I had to write my experience!
