Booked makeup service from MANASA makeup company for my wedding in feb 2022.They claimed to send senior makeup artist charging an exorbitant amount sent an intern from their company who did a very bad job.she has arrived 50 minutes late and did wedding makeup in 25 - 30 minutes and immediately rushed off to her next event. My face and hair did not look like what a bride's should look like .The photographer came upto me and asked if I can correct my makeup because the pictures were turning out to be bad . It was too late .my face looked very unnatural and all pictures of my precious lifetime event have been totally ruined. Please be aware of these kind of companies who claim they provide services for even celebrities.The services are booked through watsapp without even talking to the person who will be doing the makeup. The company is scared of giving direct contact of the makeup person and takes the details from us and passes on to the makeup person. I was trying to call the company (the person who communicates in watsapp) multiple times on my wedding day and she was not responding to the calls.when I asked the location of the makeup person, the company again put the makeup person on conference and there was no end to tension on my wedding day. The company knew they screwed up when I tried to call multiple times after the wedding and dint attend any of my calls. They answered my call only when I called them from a new number.The sad part is we cannot do anything as this is all an online business without any contracts and we cannot legally take any action against them. Please book makeup services for your wedding after you meet the person or a single person who manages their business and does the makeup themselves.Companies like these give priority to celebrities and other people and just send their totally inexperienced and interns to normal people like us after charging the same amount . Please think before you book their service .

Cannot trust her unless you are a celebrity.. Very unprofessional. She couldn’t make it on time to my wedding venue and created the worst experience for me on my big day. Yeah her assistant was with me but without any stuff to change my saree except safety pins. Beware girls!

But after my trial with her, I was blown away!! She knows exactly what she’s doing but also listens to your needs. I had very specific looks and colors for each event, and she was able to deliver EXACTLY that. She doesn’t make you look like a completely new person, but instead works with your features, style and ideas. If you want to go natural, she’s an expert, but if you want to have more fun, she can do that as well. Not only can she do makeup, but HAIR! She can work with any type of hair and ANY style. She trains with professionals all over the world and clearly knows her market. My mom was even in tears after she finished my wedding look!! I felt like a queen! I am so happy to have choosen Manasa to do my makeup for my Pelli kuturu and wedding both. She is somebody who understands the personality and preference of each bride and delivers exactly what one wants. The makeup she does is very natural, feels light, long lasting it feels like your own skin but even better and beautiful. The hair and saree remains in place for as long as 10hrs.
