I have so much to say about Shafali. I found her on Insagram and placed my order for two sets of jewelry. My wedding set was to take 2 months to make. It ended up taking 6 months to make and ship. I always asked her why it was taking so long and she always had some sort of excuse or never answered my texts. She only takes Western union or bank transfer as a payment method which you will never get your money back if something goes wrong or doesn't arrive on time. It thankfully arrived 3 days before my wedding and my hand jewelry was broken and my belt was way too small. I could live with not wearing those items but I paid a lt of money to get everything right. She will ALWAYS fight with you on every little thing. She lures you in with being nice but as soon as she has your money she ignores you. I would NOT do business with her ever again!!

I liked the stuff they had on their Instagram page and decided to order a pair of chandbalis. This was to be delivered in 10-14 days as per the lady. Its been a month now, and I've had to follow up multiple times. She has now conveniently decided to ignore messages, and only reverts with inconclusive one line statements on being contacted multiple times. Disconnects the call when you try to call. This is for a prepaid order. Awful service, no respect for the customer whatsoever.
