I am from Mumbai and I reached out to Mostly Handmade to inquire about last minute wedding cards. Narmada answered back immediately and she was really kind and patient in answering all my questions. She gave me all the required costings with multiple options. She also quickly understood my requirements and was great at follow up. Some wedding card designers (especially in Mumbai) charge a significant amount for design and usually lack some basic EQ or client services ethics. Working with Mostly Handmade gave me some hope :) Due to some last minute changes, I couldn't place the order with them but would have chosen Mostly Handmade any day especially because of the customer service.
