I have had cakes from Mummalicious cake before so I thought they would do a great job on my birthday cake. It was very bad. All they did was disappoint me and The order which was to be delivered between 8pm to 8:30pm and was not delivered till 9:30pm.Ankitha was expecting that I don’t cut the cake on time and I should be okay with it. because of her I was left with NO birthday cake . I cancelled the moment I came to know that the driver was going to take more than an hour to reach the location, after I spoke to her at 9.30. The traffic cannot be an excuse for a professional.. First they don’t answer the calls and then they expect I leave my guests unattended and answer her call which she called 10 times after ruining the cake . I’m attaching the reference pic and what she made. secondly, after spoiling the cake she could not even deliver on time. other than excuse they have nothing else to offer . one the cake looked so bad please don’t miss the ball on cake which looks like spoilt ONION.
