I'm not sure about the quality of makeup services provided by aastha, but I need to call out my experience so that other brides are also aware of such a possibility. I made a booking with Aastha on 26th Aug 2021 for my wedding on 20th February 2022. I made a booking well in advance as I'm a working professional and wanted to tick things off my list. On 19th Dec 2021, Aastha reached out to me, requesting for cancellation citing reason being a close relative's marriage on the exact same dates as mine. (I checked her page on the given date, and as per my humble understanding, I could tell that it wasn't the case). It was extremely unprofessional on Aastha's part to cancel on me, that too so late, I was left with very few MUA options as all the others were already booked. So, while Aastha may be a good MUA but she is at flight risk and there's a chance she might cancel on you at the last moment. So, please discuss with her accordingly :)

A good makeup artist with good skills. But what we did not like was her unprofessional and impolite behaviour at my sister’s wedding. She spilled Mascara on my cousin’s dress and wasn’t even sorry about it. Instead, argued about being in this profession for years. Had a commitment that she’d need no accommodation in Agra but at the last moment she ofc forgot that there was any such talk. No hard feelings but no future recommendations from my side at least; still thumbs up for the makeup but sadly, thumbs down for the arrogance and behaviour. You do need to know how to handle situations like these since you are in this line for years. No one’s taking up a service for free!

Finally two weeks before the wedding, my best friend convinced me to hire a MUA. I did my research and found Aastha on instagram, browsed though her page and loved the work she did on every single bride and luckily she was available for my date. For any bride, it is so important to trust the make up artist and her work especially when you are a makeup lover yourself. She heard me and she totally understood what I was expecting. She created a look better than my expectations. Needless to say I got a tonnes of compliments.
