The way it works is, we pay some advance while renting the jewelry and they return back the advance while we return the jewelry to them. We dunzoed the jewelry to their anna nagar office. For some reason they are not responding to our calls or messages. Please improve your customer service.

After being disappointed from most of the bridal rental showrooms in Chennai , I landed in this place and I have to say the collection they have is exquisite. They have all sorts of bridal Jewellery from Kemp to gold plated finish. I was really impressed with their staff as they seem to understand the customer's needs and requirements. And I like how they give the set the previous day morning and collect it on the next day evening. It is slightly on the expensive side, but the sets are well maintained and they deliver a hassle free experience, hence it is worth spending that extra 1000s.
