Nicky's has been my go to place since they opened shop some 6 years ago in Egmore. Christmas is not complete without a cake from Nicky's. They are so good at everything whether its their Elder flower mocktail or their myriad macarons or their tantalizing cakes, so when it came to my big ocassion i went ahead and got a cake from them. The designs that they offerm the customizations and the affordability of it all, its all top tier. I went ahead with a square design instead of the usual round design and it came out amazingly well, no other superlative suits to emphasize how good it came out. The artistic design and the elegance was top notch. One would be mistaken if they thought it was just the apperance which was magnifique, it tasted heavenly, so good that being the groom i got to only taste a token slice by the time the wedding reception was done. I would highly recommend any potential love birds to go and spend a few hour deciding on the design and the flavour of the cake. Nicky and Sareena will give you many options to fit your price range and the range is expansive from the lower thousands to lacs, if need be, no matter how big or small the ocassion, they will endevour to make the cake special. Its bang for the buck when it comes to them, you will get so much more than what you pay for when you go with them and most of they treat you like family, get involved and indulge you all the while understanding your need and help you in choosing the right cake for your wedding. Right when i am typing all this, i am ordering another cake from them to celebrate an occassion at my home.
