DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ALL of the recent positive reviews that they have received are FAKE. They are posting it on their own. I ordered my wedding outfit and grooms outfit more than a year ago- FULL payment was already made. I have yet to receive all of my pieces. They constantly tell you that they are shipping your items but never do, then they stop responding completely. My wedding is in a month and I have no outfit for my groom or myself. This is beyond stressful to deal with, I had to move my wedding due to covid which gave them even more time to complete these pieces yet they haven’t. I have not heard from this company is over a month, no one responds on what’s app, Instagram, or FB. I am taking legal action I encourage all of the customers that have been scammed to do the same and contact the local police where Nivetas is located. They need to be reported for the way they do business, taking peoples money and providing no goods is disgusting. Do not shop here. Update: They responded after months of unanswered msgs- promised to send my items out on Jan 01,2021 and once again they have gone missing with no updates and nothing shipped out. Do not buy from these scam artists.

I ordered 3 outfits in April in payed about 70% they kept on changing every month to next month until they completely stopped replying. They kept on blaming on corona.finally stopped replying when they can’t use corona anymore.they never give there location when I asked in beginning.i have family lives in Jalandher I asked them to trace them but can’t find them so I guess it’s a scam we should contact the authorities and trace our payment to get them caught Wedding outfits are attached with emotions they are playing with peoples emotions. This company is fraud. I paid in June full payment made to get a few outfits and I have not received anything. What's worse is they are now ignoring my messages and calls and it has been over a month. Don't buy from them. They gave stopped all media as well. It is my sons wedding and I had ordered outfits. i ordered 2 outfits and made the half payment on 12.08.2020 and they promised me to deliver the outfits by t he end of the month september but since then i hsve been asking them to give me the update about my dresses but as evryone experienced they are bad at communication and made false promises about the delivery. I got 2 outfits made from Nivetas for my wedding. Both outfits actually came out beautiful. 2.5 stars because their communication was AWFUL. No matter how many messages I sent them they never responded. No shipping information given just delivered outfit. No pictures no updates and late delivery. It was a very stressful process.

FRAUD!!! GAVE ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY A MENTAL STRESS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I found this organization through Instagram and put in a request on the 20/06/20 for my wedding outfit. They guaranteed the outfit would be prepared within a month and a half I was approached to pay through transferwise as they don't utilize paypal. They were useful to begin with however once I submitted the request they began overlooking me and would barely answer to my messages. They had guaranteed they would send me configuration outlines and keep me refreshed about my outfit all through the entire structuring process which they neglected to do as such. The main answers I would get when I addressed them was, my outfit is in process.. They are continually online on whatsapp/instagram yet disregard my messages. I am disturbed by the manner in which I have been treated by this organization!

The size was perfect and I love how the set looked on our two year old toddler. We wore it for eid and everyone complimented on the set.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Many empty promises I placed my order in January for four Lehenga’s 3 for bridesmaids and one for my self, it was promised they would reached the uk mid Feb! Nothing arrived! I had to changed the shipping to nepal! 3 days before wedding bridesmaid lehenga arrived no wedding gown! I’m still waiting 6 months later! They completely ruined my wedding as I had to find a new lehenga just 3 days before the event spending so much additional money I am heard broken from the service I recieved until now they are promising me replacements and alternatives but when I message and call no reply! Please please don’t order from here don’t waste your time and money and don’t let them ruin your special occasion!!

I discovered this company through Instagram and placed an order on the 10/02/20 for my Mendhi outfit. They promised the outfit would be ready within 4-6 weeks (20th march 2020 latest) i was asked to pay through western union as they do not use paypal ect. They were very informative to start with but once i placed the order they started ignoring me and would hardly reply to my messages. They had promised they would send me design sketches and keep me updated about my outfit throughout the whole designing process which they failed to do so. The only replies i would get when i questioned them was, my outfit is in process.. Then covid lockdown started on march 22nd so i thought i'd wait until it was lifted for them to post my order which should've been complete by then... After the lockdown was lifted i messaged them (on 6th/16th may) asking about my outfit to which they eventually replied (on may 18th) saying it would take another 45-60 days to complete. This is not acceptable so i asked for a refund, they avoided my message for 10days then replied (on 28th may) saying it will be ready in 15 days. i have been messaging and calling them ever since and have had no reply. They are constantly online on whatsapp/instagram but ignore my messages. I am disgusted by the way i have been treated by this company! It's been almost 5 months and i have no idea what's happening with my order!

They are scammers. Never buy anything from them. I had ordered a suit in December and he'd promised it would be ready in 4 weeks. It's been more than 8 weeks now and still no outfit is delivered. They talk really nicely before you send them the payment but never pick up your call after payment is done. He kept promising me that the suit will be ready but it never was. Doesn't even reply to messages or calls anymore. I see him online on WhatsApp and still he doesn't pick up my call. They are big time cheaters. Never ever get anything from them. I would like to report them for fraud.

I bought both my wedding sarees (in Germany for a wedding planned in the US!). The blouses were stitched based on the measurements I gave them online. I was really impressed with their customer service, they were prompt in addressing my needs and responded to my emails 24X7. Within 5 weeks of ordering, I received the sarees and blouses and they were of good quality. I would highly recommend them for your special day!

My overall experience with was great! Much more professional and efficient than I expected as I was nervous ordering from India when I’m in the US. However, their customer service quickly responded to emails and even reached out to me to suggest a longer skirt length based on my height. That is when I knew they must be a quality company because they asked me instead of just using the skirt length I provided. Then I was super happy when I received the outfit so quickly and it looks amazing! I haven’t worn it out yet but it fits perfectly. Even the blouse fits which was ready made based on my dress size not custom measurements. I can’t wait to wear this outfit to a family wedding later this year! I ordered I dress 12 weeks in advance, they advised it would only take 8 week, they waited until the week of my wedding to supposedly send my dress, they refuse to provide tracking information and my wedding is in 3 days and I do not have an outfit. Please please do not put yourself the mental stress that can be avoided by ordering from Nivetas. I order my wedding lengha from the and was concerned about making the deposit after seeing some negative reviews about late deliveries and completion. But the owner harisimran wrote means emails convincing me that they have got back on track to managing their orders and assured that the order will be done no later than feb 2019. The worst mistake I ever did was to believe it. As soon as I made the deposit, he was no longer responsive. After chasing him over calls/ emails and messages he responds once a week and never gave me a single update on the status of the outfit. Eventually he sent me a video of the completed outfit which was nothing like I wanted. And I could do minimal changes since he refused to provide the timely updates he promised before my deposit. After 4 months of delay and trust me, hundreds of calls and yelling, the item was delivered and I am not happy with the product. His reviews are all selective and if u really read them, u can see some mention about his tardiness. But do not under estimate how much delay and ghosting this studio can do. Please choose another designer for your own sanity. I have attached screenshots of my correspondence with this horrible unprofessional and unreliable studio. Beware. I was tricked by his trusting words. Please don’t fall for it.

have ordered a lengha months ago and was super excited about the design process to begin, as soon as i sent payment there has been little contact. I have no idea what my lengha looks like and have been offered no reason or response to delay of my lengha. I am so nervous and tired of chasing these guys. When I finally got my lengha it was disappointing, the only thing they got correct was size and colour. I don’t like the design work or the fabric but what chance did I have as all my specifications were ignored and there was no communication about fabric or design choice! What a waste of money- I have cheaper Lengha’s that are better! I think it’s like a lucky shot if you get the right custom at this company. Got scammed! First they get you to send via western union or world remit etc. No PayPal which means even if the outfit doesn't come,you will never be able to follow up because you lie to these companies that it's a personal money gift rather than a business transaction. I first tried to send money with world remit and My transaction got declined. followed up and they said that a lot of complaints were made about this individual and claimed they were scammed. I ignored as I was insistent that I wanted those specific outfits, so I used money gram after I had tried western union and got declined there too. I ordered 2 outfits. I gave a deadline as these outfits were for my pre wedding events . 1 outfit came after the event extremely ugly after chasing up so much. kept lying that it was going to be sent and the other outfit never came. Have a plan B ready just incase. this review was also disputed below to be removed. i have all the proofs that's why this is still here.

Order with caution I ordered a saree which arrived 7 months late and when it did item was of very poor quality and not the design I had orderd. very bad service no one replies to emails or whats app. unless you place big order they not interested in small orders.

This is a fake business, don't get fooled. I ordered few items and paid the amount in advance. I see no sign of them working on my order. I tried to follow up, they answered few times and Every time they say tomorrow, that tomorrow never comes. before receiving my money they would follow up everyday. Finally they stopped picking up my calls and blocked me on what's app. Hope this cheating business gets closed soon. Ruby Ahluwalia Karma is a *****. No one is spared. I never order clothes online especially when it comes to indian suits. However, I gave a chance to Nivetas Design Studio to make me one sample suit. Then later, I ordered 2 more. I was very nervous. I just received my 3 dresses last night and OMG they are AMAZING!!! She used the best material and stitching is flawless. Everyone's reaction was WOW. I cannot thank enough Nivetas Design Studio for going above and beyond to meet my expectations.They had them ready exactly on the day I asked her to.
