A literal fairytale wedding : We started planning our wedding in the early May 2022 and found Noon Moon Events on Instagram. We connected with Simran over a call and really liked the way she was so patient to listen to all queries and explained things to us in detail. We hired them as our planners and they helped us finalise the hotel, our photo team, makeup artist and even an english speaking pandit ji. The team handled the decor and management for the 3 days in such a smooth way. As the bride side, we were so so relaxed and happy all the time. Thanks to the team for making sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the 3 days of the wedding. Kudos to the team.

- Pathetic customer handling. - Rude and misbehaving owner and staff. - Fraud. - Substandard and overcharging. - False promising. *Pictures attached* We booked Simran and her team (Noon Moon Events) for our wedding at Shahpura house in Jaipur. We were shown Pinterest pictures of decor and after finalising the costing we were told things that were not a part of the costing from those pictures and charged seperately for that. MANY MANY HIDDEN EXPENSES including licenses. Charged us entirely for real flowers and used artificial flowers in half of the decor. Conned us for Makeup Artist - FRAUD ALERT - They showed and charged for a premium artist and changed to a basic one without telling us, we got to know through the substandard work and no responsibility was taken by Simran after spoiling the bride’s look on the big day. Simran, the owner, Misbehaved with the groom right before the function spoiling the mood on both the groom and bride side entirely. Which was highly unacceptable. Extremely substandard decor in the Sangeet function. Despite showing what we exactly didn’t want, they did the same pathetic thing and spoiled it for us. We had booked performing artists ourselves. Even the mehndi artist they provided was very poor. Overall function execution was decent but WE DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Simran and her team. Her entire team is thoughtful, resourceful and were there to support us throughout. We met her through video call the first time and she made us feel right at home. She made sure to introduce us to her whole team who were always just a call or text away (despite coordinating with us in a different time zone). Her team took the stress off our hands right from when we started venue hunting. No problem was too big or small and they made sure to patiently listen to us and and find an answer to whatever we asked for. I massively regret working with Noonmoon events for my wedding. They spoiled my wedding night with extremely UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I would recommend working with somebody who shows their clients some respect. Simran used very cheap threatening tactics for less that 5% remaining payment. Talking to the bride so disrespectfully just moments before the ceremony is totally unacceptable and shows that you lack people skills!

We had chosen to host a wedding at a place which was at least half a day journey from where we & our families were based out of. We hired Noon Moon Events for our Engagement cum Sangeet function in Jaipur for the entire decor and music system at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur. Simran sounded very promising and their previous work also made us feel that they will be able to do a good job. However, they were very unprofessional and did not deliver as per the discussions. When we were not okay with the initial designs shared for safas, the whole team willingly searched and sent out more options till we found the right one, when we wanted a unique varmala - they happily complied, infact - sitting with Simran and team just 1 day before the wedding and asking to plan a surprise for my partner, they all excitedly got together and started brainstorming ideas without even once hesitating over the timing of my request. And I cannot begin to talk about the decor on the day. They delivered more than what we had discussed, a beautiful beautiful surprise for both me and my partner. Every event was meticulously planned and executed. It wouldn't be a stretch to say we planned the wedding with our extended family rather than strangers who we met just a year back. Right from choosing the destination to all the arrangements for the three main events ( Mehendi, Haldi and Pheras), taking care of guests and their requirements and lastly making us feel the most ‘precious’ was all done perfectly by Simran and her team. We thank our stars to have met Simran and Yuvraj from Noon Moon events. It was December 2020 that we decided to get married in Jaipur without having a clue of how to start. I chose Noon Moon Events for my special day and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. As professional and promising the owner Simran Bhatia sounds all she care about is money. Not a single thing was delivered as discussed and the worst part of all was the use of LOW QUALITY SMOKE BOMBS. We paid (2k for each bomb) and we were promised flameless premium quality color smoke blasters but what was delivered was the complete opposite. They used low quality stuff which almost BURNT ME !!! Being the bride, I was in trauma of burning. They were not even humane enough to come and apologize or even show concern. Their REPLY to us was it’s not OUR FAULT. The owner Simran Bhatia is so arrogant and unprofessional, that almost cancelled my wedding reception after all the discussions., because after the horrible accident incident, we said that we will pay at the end of the event. I would humbly request all the people out there looking for a wedding planner please please please never ever choose this company since they are more of a CON ARTIST than wedding planners. They are the TENT WAALAS NOT PLANNERS. We felt cheated I don’t want anybody else to be their prey. By GODS grace I was saved with MINOR BURNS but I don’t know what would have gone wrong! Worst of all none, of them “ the so called planners” come up to and ask if even I am okay!!!

We hired Noon Moon Events for our wedding decor, and working with Simran was a complete breeze. I knew exactly what kind of decor I wanted for the different events, and spoke to sooo many different decorators - I would send them presentations focusing on the different decor and details I wanted. Simran was the one that immediately understood my vision, and even gave great technical feedback on the details I had specified. Simran delivered EXACTLY what I specified, and then some. She even added some beautiful surprise decor elements in places that I had missed to specify! She really went above and beyond to deliver. The decor of our Haldi is still praised and talked about by our guests - the sheeshmahal was decorated so beautifully, it was just surreal. For the main wedding, she even surprised us all by decorating the entire garden with fairy lights - it felt like the stars descended on the ground just for our special day and was just magical! We hired the services of Noon Moon Events for planning our wedding and we were very disappointed with their work. They literally ruined almost everything they handled. We had primarily hired them to manage the logistics for my wedding between our three properties and they messed up with everything. They left rooms vacant and some of the guests were asked to go away saying there was no vacancy. They lost the 'Thank you' cards that I gave them and I am very upset with their attitude. They could not handle the pressure of everything going wrong and got very rude with our guests. This was extremely unprofessional of them. They did a pretty decent job with the Decor but I am not happy with their services. I would suggest them to just focus on Wedding Decor!
