Nightmare of an experience The lady here creates the most amateur caricatures - white background in designs, missing badges/ incorrect badges in a defence uniform, stray lines and so on. But the highlight of the service is me paying for the caricature because "effort has gone into it". She'll delay the delivery by sending garbage designs and giving excuses ( the tab broke down, as if the entire team operates on 1 tab alone) until you'll be sick of it and just pay her the damn money. After I rejected the caricature, she conveniently charged me for features which were originally complimentary!
