Plumtin ~ I’ve done a couple of shoots as a model for them so picking my wedding lehenga for myself from them was a challenge for both sides, since we wanted the ‘wow’ element to be there. Needless to say, Sammy the rock star that she is, delivered far beyond my expectations. We curated the entire lehenga around a story picked up from a heritage dupatta of hers. The whole process of curating an element to be cherished for generations was one of a kind of an experience. Furthermore she also make me practise, sitting & getting up for my laavan so that there was no issue on the day of the wedding. I also ordered a few pieces for my Trousseu which were one of a kind. She catered to my close family with their outfits as well and took time to design for each of them personally! Kudos to you and your team!! Loved being a Plumtin bride! I love plumtin motif in chandigarh so much sammy is the best designer to work with she catered to all my needs and she is absolutely professional and extremely sweet and genuine human being. We really had a bad experience with Plumtin. On my first visit to their store the owner was very polite and listening to my requirements for my wedding dress! Me and my sister was very happy that we have chosen plumtin for my big day. So on the first visit only we decided the dress and gave the advance too. Then next day we went for the measurements my sister asked the plumtin tailor that she need fitting like this etc. and suddenly the owner replied bluntly to my sister that don?t teach my tailor he knows quite well. So we were like ok !!!!!!!!! But the day we got our dresses stitched nothing was in correct measurements and then the owner said to us that I don?t how my tailor could do this or that......I was so upset with the fittings and if we asked them to put some change they replied will charge you more you have to pay more to us this was not included etc etc. Simarjeetkaur (plumtin owner) has no sense that how to behave and deal with the customers she is so freaky and arrogant!!!!!!!!
