We really had a bad experience with Plumtin. On my first visit to their store the owner was very polite and listening to my requirements for my wedding dress! Me and my sister was very happy that we have chosen plumtin for my big day. So on the first visit only we decided the dress and gave the advance too. Then next day we went for the measurements my sister asked the plumtin tailor that she need fitting like this etc. and suddenly the owner replied bluntly to my sister that don?t teach my tailor he knows quite well. So we were like ok !!!!!!!!! But the day we got our dresses stitched nothing was in correct measurements and then the owner said to us that I don?t how my tailor could do this or that......I was so upset with the fittings and if we asked them to put some change they replied will charge you more you have to pay more to us this was not included etc etc. Simarjeetkaur (plumtin owner) has no sense that how to behave and deal with the customers she is so freaky and arrogant!!!!!!!!
