So i bought one lehenga for my engagement. The staff was pretty courteous they asked us to wait initially but then they started showing lehenga according to what we wanted, the collection is actually very nice but bit pricey depending upon the kind of service they provide. I shortlisted a green lehenga (sabyasachi style as he stated), i wanted some customisations major one being the color should be changed to baby or pastel pink. I gave the order in November got the delivery on 15th of feb 2019. Well everything was perfectly fine untill i noticed the colour which was changed from baby pink to onion colour. He had showed a pic to me at the time of ordering and that colour was nothing of the sort i have been delivered.The design is perfectly fine but the colour has been changed totally.

But to my surprise, the lehenga that I received was completely different from the one I had selected. The design was different, it did not have the Zardozi work that was there in the actual one. It was my first visit to pakeeza plaza. The staff was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Almost 3 months to go for my wedding, they told me that i wont get my lehenga on time anywhere in chandni chowk. After showing just 4-5 lehengas that too not what i had asked for, they told us bluntly that more customers are waiting and didn't show any interest in attending us. I had a very disappointed day as it was my first visit to any lehenga store. They might be good but they need to know, there are always better ones out there. The staff needs to learn how to behave.
