Truly an unforgettable experience with Paparazzo team. Their team especially Pranav is so proactive from answering all my doubts to helping me understand how to plan things better when it came to capturing our special moments. Also, Powell is such a great person at work, plus SO GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES and, also by nature. We experienced rains during our wedding in Ranthambore which was pretty unpredictable in December but Powell did not once stop capturing our happy moments with his team. He went above and beyond to capture pictures and videos and made our day!!! Absolutely impressed by his enthu and his love for his work! 150% recommending them♥️♥️

Worst experience ever, don’t end up regretting years after your marriage because of their sub-standard work. After seeing their work and followers on Instagram, we decided to use their services. This turned out to be a pretty bad experience and we consider it to be the biggest blunder of the entire event. Initially their owner Powell or Sales team deals directly and you feel everything is set however as you confirm the booking and make payments, things can take an exact U-turn Things that went wrong: 1. They sent amateurs to the wedding with limited professional skills - it was a third party team. We were told our wedding date has too many weddings and teams are busy. I believe the best team was left for influencers or people with more contact with Powell. I would recommend to finalize the team at the start and not make majority payment before the actual event to ensure you can hold them accountable 2. Did not bring a drone to the wedding - this was totally unacceptable! This was happening 10 yrs ago as well, forget today’s day and age 3. Laid back delivery - the turn around time for photo editing was like 3 months and for video creation was 4-5 months. We stopped chasing them after some time, till date we haven’t received complete deliverables like photo albums! Best is to leave some payment post deliverables else forget about it 4. Rude Unprofessional Behaviour: You can be put in a weird position where the team does not cover the entire event. I was told the team has another booking and they would leave without covering the Vidaai. I had to fight with Powell 5 am in the morning so that the team stays back I believe this is just a front for all wedding photographers to get business and Powell is a third party broker providing business to everyone with no accountability nor your best interest at heart. Don’t burn a hole in your pocket. There are plenty who can provide better services for the cost they charge, better to spend your hard earned money on someone more deserving.
