I got to know about pink parrots through their Instagram page and I loved their designs! So I contacted them to ask if they could help us out with our anniversary celebrations. And it was an absolutely wonderful working with them from the get go! Vaishnavi and Akanksha really listened to what we wanted and communication was just so easy. I gave them a mood board and they just made it come to life. They really have a lot of knowledge about how things work and decorating, so I loved their advice on everything. They organised everything smoothly and when we walked into the venue on the day, we were just taken aback by how beautifully it was all done. As one of the first-ever events hosted at AVM Gardens - Chennai, pink parrots did the best job at envisioning the potential of the space and making our dream decor an actuality. The team was invested, pro-active, very responsive, and really on top of things which made it an absolute pleasure working with them. We found their non-initmidating, approachable and budget-concious approach very comforting admist the chaos of planning a wedding and all its details. First thing which I like about them was their punctuality. One of the best experiences working with Pink Parrots is that they listen to you patiently, let you express all that you wish for and then put down their suggestions for you to pick and choose. It is some skill and talent to not just have design sense and be professional but to also understand the couple, their families, needs, likes, dislikes and most importantly constraints - be it budget or social customs etc. A wedding is a big event for each couple as it is more than just about them. What I like about working with Pink Parrots is how they make it entirely about what the couple wants and balance it with making sure it is happening in the right way. We reached out to them as soon as the date was decided. They helped us pick a venue according to our needs and likes. In fact when we wanted the mandap to be placed in a certain way, they corrected us with directions on how to place it as they were well versed with weddings customs in different communities. Once the venue was decided, we started brainstorming on the theme. We were not very specific about the exact theme but remember mentioning adjectives that described the feeling, showed some pictures and discussed in depth. Appreciate how they gathered the essence of our discussion and created a beautiful decor that described us perfectly.What happens when two multi-talented analysts come together as your wedding planner, the result is a super organized event with a reflection of our interests from the many conversations we have. By critically analysing what works from these, they present the event as a personal dashboard of life! Vaishnavi (Pink Parrots) who has a great aesthetic sense is any bride's go-to guru! She guided with what kind of jewelry to pick for the look and feel we discussed. She also made sure the bride got what she wanted, be it the choice of make-up or mehendi. A large part of the way the venue looked on the wedding day is thanks to her visualization and design sense. What most people fail to understand is that wedding planners take up 80% of your stress and effort. Same happened here with both Aakanksha & Vaishnavi (Pink Parrots) taking up all the small and big tasks. Right from booking venue, picking caterer, various artists, vendors, designing the decor to making sure the invitation cards were printed right - they took it all up! Not a single person who attended the wedding missed mentioning how beautiful it looked and how it captured what we are as a couple.  They often mention that it is all in the details, I can vouch that they are one of the planners who work meticulously to make your day magical!

Pink Parrots did the decor for our reception, and Vaishnavi and Akanksha were amazing. Right from the get go, they were very communicative, flexible and open to ideas. They were also very specific about adding unique touches to our decor, making sure it wasn’t just a copy paste from a routine template. They were very listening and happy to work within our budget. There were also quite a few late minute changes, which they handled extremely smoothly. Other than giving our inputs and feedback, we didn’t really have to do much, they took care of pretty much everything themselves. With all the other planning we had to do with the wedding, this was a huge relief for us. The decor turned out to be one of the highlights of the whole event. Pink Parrots is definitely a welcome change from other traditional/ commercial decorators.

Vaishanavi and akansha of pink parrots are the perfect people who can make your big day a dream come true. easy and simple to work with , extremely friendly and professional and have been so helpful and accommodative to all requests however last minute it was. there wasn't a single person that didn't appreciate our reception decor. their work is classy and just all that you want on your special day.they also did some customized bridesmaid boxes for me which my bridesmaids loved it . In two words: Aesthetic brilliance. Vaishnavi and Aakanksha had done the decor for my friend's engagement and it was wonderful! I was so amazed by the elegance and the attention to detail. What attracted me the most was the photobooth setup. Now anyone can do a photobooth setup, conventional placards. Same old same old. But pink parrots nailed it with their absolutely unique placards and props customized to suit the bride and groom. They did the decor for my mehndi/sangeet ceremony and it was beautiful! I had a customized canopy set up, the blend of lights and colors and a dash of origami decor wowed me! In fact, everyone liked it so much, that they decided to sit there to click a few pics! I am extremely happy and satisfied with their ability to turn a blank hall into something so colorful and merry! I loved how the decor colors went with the color of my lehenga! How the photobooth setup was full of life and fun! Pink parrots meet your expectations and go far beyond that! I would definitely recommend them to soon to be brides and grooms for their wedding functions. Lastly! Thank you guys! My wedding day could not have been more well planned and elegantly beautiful if it were not for the Pink Parrots team. Both Vaishnavi and Aakanksha had me from the word 'Hello'. I loved how they took a keen interest in understanding what I truly wanted for my wedding day. There was no trace of the business-like approach like other Wedding planners I had spoken to before. I wanted a traditional and elegant North Indian wedding in the heart of South India!
