I got married in December 2022 in Samode Palace Jaipur where Pooja & her wonderful team did my makeup & hair for the functions! Now where do I start. Her manager Ms Jaya was so so humble and sweet in every conversation and was always available with detailed answers and information, making it super easy and comforting for a bride to be! I met Pooja at her studio in New Delhi and the meeting was even better than I expected. Her studio was so plush and comfortable & our nearly 2 hour meeting was full of a lot of brain storming where we finalised all my looks in detail with a lot chatter and laughter! I’m so happy I listened to Pooja and rocked all the looks wonderfully! When we finally met at the venue in Jaipur in December, I was so relieved to have her and her team doll me and my mom up! There are a lot of good make up artists in the industry but on your most special day when you are running around and trying to get ready in time, you need someone you can absolutely trust to understand your vision and execute it - this is that team. Really good food and hospitality. They take care of the decoration as well. Very tasteful decoration. Especially the chairs and tables used were exquisite. The staff is extremely well trained and punctual. Till one say before the wedding I felt that they wouldn't be prepared but on the day of the wedding everything was fabulous and on time!

Pooja is very unprofessional and believes working only for high profiles weddings. I booked her for November wedding. But in September when less time was left for the wedding, she cancelled my booking saying she is only available for weddings taking place in hotels and she can send her senior artist. For her banquet halls are a big NO. If you see her Instagram, she only posts pictures of weddings taking place at 5 star hotels. If she wants to save herself from covid, then she should avoid hotels also not just the private room of banquet halls. Her makeup artist is also vulnerable as she is. She is ready to send her artist/team but she is only available for hotels. What a nice logic. She did this with my friend also when there was no covid. So covid is just an excuse. She wasted my time only to look for another makeup artist in last 2 months. And for refund, I had to chase her manager every day for a week with no proper commitment when I will get my money back. I will never recommend them for any service. I agree my venue was Grand Dreams first. but FYI, private room of Grand Dreams has no space to get anyone ready as compared to Regalia. Get your facts corrected. Also you told me Pooja is only taking bookings for hotels. If you were comfortable with Grand Dreams, that again means, you prefer high profile weddings because banquet hall of Grand Dreams is grand. They don't have proper private rooms with attached washrooms, whereas Regalia has that facility. I asked you to get me ready at home which is of course very safe because I am coming from there. You weren't ready. For refund, you should communicate your terms and timeline properly. If you had given me a date, I would not have to chase everyday. It is easy to always feel oneself correct. But everyone knows here what is cotrect.

THE BEST MUA.. hands down! I was someone who was super particular about how I look.. everyone is actually for their big day. But this magical lady is so down to earth and so patient. The way she works her magic on you is unbelievable.. be it that perfect flawless base or the magnificent eyes. She knows what she’s doing. You can close your eyes and sit back and relax.. she’s the best hands one can be in. Archana is great with the hair.. she’ll see you and know what to do with the hair. The whole team is so humble and great.. Pooja maam is the best❤️ I loved the fact that she made me look like a better version of me I did not look like anybody else but the best I could ever look. Where to start with, Pooja is simply magic in herself. I’ve been following her since quite a long time and the day my wedding date got finalised i decided there and then that I will be decked up only by Pooja and nobody else. After a lot of thorough research, I eventually chose Pooja and Archana to be part of my destination wedding in Kerala. Born in the UK, I was initially nervous because our makeup preference is slightly different to that of which I saw from other vendors, however having stalked Pooja and Archana's instagram accounts I saw a flawless professional look that all of the PK bride's had. My original MUA from the UK cancelled on me, and I instantly contacted Pooja to secure my date. She went above and beyond her role as my MUA. During the video consultation Pooja honestly advised me and contacted her vendors on my behalf to facilitate last minute jewellery changes by contacting one of the many vendors she has a close relationship with. Pooja dolled me up for 3 functions, and my guests were speechless at the professionalism of her work. I felt so confident and this showed in my photographs. I had an unfortunate incident during my beach wedding where the wind blew my sindhoor all over my face. Pooja tried to get down to the mandap as soon as possible to fix my face up again in order to recommence the ceremony. She did a brilliant job of ensuring my makeup was as good as it was since the morning. Having someone with Pooja's breadth of experience certainly helped in this instance. I had hired Pooja khurana for my mehandi function and she is a very talented make up artist. I really liked how she works. She dolled me up perfectly according to the ocassion and I really liked my make up and everything. She not only works in India but travels around the world and her work actually speaks for herself. Booking Pooja for my sister’s wedding has been the best decision. She is just the best at what she does!! They had lots of other brides as well on that day but everything was so perfect and organised. Both of us were ready on time and we have no complaints at all. I am one person who is really impatient when it comes to getting make up done! It was almost 5 years back I met Pooja for my sister's wedding. She did our Engagement, Mehandi and Wedding looks and since then I knew whenever it's my turn I am going straight to her. I believe it is not just the service but the whole experience involved which makes it a 1 star or 5 star. Pooja, right from her consultation to the day of your wedding, stays on her toes to make sure you look the best on your big day. She is a very good listener and can do magic with your look. When I say magic she literally can do any kind of look, you just name it she knows it all! I wanted a very ' No-makeup" , fresh ,dewy kind of a look for my engagement and she did exactly what I was looking for. With Archana by her side her super power increases to a new level and the way Archana swiftly plays around with your hair, she is one talented soul. She is the coolest hairstylist I have ever come across in my life. What I love about these 2 girls is their honesty with their clients. All the products they use on your face, they are all absolutely safe and from trusted brands. From Color Bar and Bobby Brown to Dior, Mac and what not she doesn't give it a thought to save a few pennies by replacing these products with some cheaper ones. You really need a big heart to be all-out with your clients. I just love everything about Pooja and Archana. The make up was fresh throughout the function, nothing came off, no cracks nothing! Honestly you can just close your eyes and bet on them, I am sure they won't let you down! I just can't wait for my wedding now. Looking forward to create some magic again!

After checking out Pooja's work on Instagram she was my top most option for MUA for my wedding. But as she was already booked, I had booked a senior artist at her studio for my reception and it was quite an unsatisfactory experience. The key issues I faced were: 1. Time - I have gotten ready by multiple MUA before this but this was the only time I was asked to come 4.5-5hrs before the time I was supposed to get ready. As the whole process doesn't take more than 3hrs a lot of time was just spent waiting for someone to get free post my makeup for my hairstyling. And I think this was because of the high number of brides they had that day. So my suggestion to the studio would be that it's better to just say no if you are overbooked than give this experience. Also as another bride faced issues in her hair styling..that lead to delay in mine and the initial styling was done by junior artist rather than senior. 2. Quality of work - the senior artist used a loooot of product on my face making it feel very unnatural to me. There was no effort made to understand what my preference in make up generally is.. I think it was more of a standard routine makeup where you are made light skinned and cover everything rather than focusing on highlighting your features. 3. Hairstyling - though the hairstylist could handle hair she didn't have a great taste to be able to suggest what will and will not go with my attire In the end, I still do believe it may be a good idea to get ready from Pooja herself as I really like her work but wouldn't recommend the senior artist team.

Every girls wedding day is extremely special and to make the day all the more special and stress free are the team at Pooja Khurana. They take away all the stress a bride has for her looks by being the most accommodating and caring group of people a bride could ask for. After my consulting session with Pooja and Archana I knew I didnt have to look anywhere else and I choose them immediately for my Mehendi and Wedding look, this was by far the best decision I took for my most special days. Pooja's work is just flawless and I was in love with my look for both the functions in the blink of an eye. Archana on the other hand worked her magic on my hair and gave me the perfect fairytale look for both the occasions. If you are not wearing a Sabysachi or any other famous designer, don’t even think about going to Pooja for makeup. You will feel neglected and unspecial at each and every stage of your big day. I chose Pooja because I really liked the way she mentioned that we take care of the bride in her special day from the moment she enters our lounge. But to be sure, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! and here is why: 1. Pooja misstated my name and called me Nancy in my mail confirming the appointment. And we mailed her back 10 times asking her to change the name, since we booked her an year before the wedding. But no one and i repeat no one changed it. She only replies when she wants your booking, but never after it. 2. Quoting from Pooja’s mail sent after confirming the appointment: "Me and my team will take extreme care to make sure that the minute you step into my Bridal Lounge, you will be made to feel calm, relaxed and indulged! It is my purpose to make sure that every occasion you will be looking and feeling like the bell of the ball!". Wedding days are tough for every bride, when she is up since 6 am probably till she comes to your lounge and then a long night ahead and I was no exception. So, when I came in, I asked for water and a cup of coffee because I was super tired. I left your lounge at 6.30pm that is 4 and a half hours after I came to your lounge, and no one and let me say that again : NO ONE OFFERED ME A GLASS OF WATER OR A CUP OF COFFEE. I was highly disappointed and did not expect this from you. 3. In the same mail, it states: "You will be invited for an appointment to my Bridal Lounge 1-2 weeks prior to your booking date". I don't stay in India so I could not follow up with you and I understand that you have a lot of brides, but should no one have called or messaged me to confirm if I wanted to do a pre-consultation? A bride is normally very busy around a week before her wedding, so I actually think someone should have followed up. I made an appointment, but this made me feel unwanted and treated badly on my own wedding day. 4. For my sagan I wore golden, and for my wedding, i wore red. Sagan makeup was done by someone else. So, when I met Pooja, she looks at me and asks me so if you got Golden glittery eyes yesterday, what should I do today. And I couldn’t understand at that point, why the comparison was being made and instead of giving me suggestions on the makeup coz according to me she was the expert. I wont change my dresses to suit her convenience! 4. While Pooja was doing my makeup, she asked someone to clean the lipstick brush, No one and let me say it again NO ONE cleaned it. I am sorry, I chose you because I thought it would be a special experience and that it would be best for my best day, but I am sorry to point out that I was highly, no EXTREMELY disappointed and I don't think I would want to recommend anyone to go there on their special day. If this is the kind of service that Pooja Khurana makeover provides, I feel I made the wrong choice in choosing you guys for my big day.

I am glad to write about my experience with PK. Six months ago, i was searching for the best MUA for my D-Day i.e. 28th April,2018. Then i got to know about Pooja Khurana Makeovers from one of my known person and after going through her profile on Instagram, I decided to get my makeup done from PK only. No doubt she did splendid job and my makeup was looking subtle. But i went through a lot to get things done hustle Free.. Another part of my story is : There is a saying that "Nobody is Perfect, however there is always a space of improvement". I think Pooja should take care of other things as well like i am mentioning my points below: 1. I booked PK for my D-Day for 28th April but even after mention things on whatsapp, Instagram chat and on call, management booked it for 20th April,2018 which I got to know when i went to Pooja's place for consultation. I was asked to get makeup done from senior artist or get my advance refund. Just before 1 month of my D-Day, i got worried about things and confused. I had no other options. HOWEVER, POOJA is a nice person and she gave me a proposal to reach her studio on my D-Day latest by 12 noon and if i enter after 12 then she would not be responsible and i have to get ready by her senior artist. I ONLY KNOW HOW I WRAPPED THINGS (RITUALS) ON MY D-DAY JUST TO GET READY BY HER.. :( :( 2. I somehow reached at PK studio by 12 noon and then she started my makeup.. I am impressed how fast and well she do her job (applause).. And I got ready with make by 2 PM and complete ready by 3.30 PM. From 3.30 PM to 10 PM i had to wait for my Jaimala. I left her studio at 5.30 PM and before leaving i asked her to do some touch up but she was busy with other clients and did not do any kind of touch-up by saying that there is no need of touch-up... may be she was right but due to pimples on my face it was started visible by then.. :( :( 3. A bridal with bindi looks more beautiful.. But Nobody provided me even a bindi to apply and one of her helper give me a small golden stone and her statement was 'Mam, apke lehenge ke saath ki matching bindi nai hai'.. I was like Seroiuslyyyy... Pink is a common color mannnn!!! 4. Anyways, I got compliments from people for my overall look.. After 1 week of my marriage i started asking for my pictures which she generally click to capture very first and fresh look of every PK bride.. And now it's been six months i didn't get any of my pictures from her even after following up with her. I believe she flaunts brands of lehengas and jewellery.. And may be she didn't find my lehenga and jewellery that expensive to flaunt :D :D To accentuate, It is 6/10.. liked your work but you have to be more professional and unbiased.. Lots of Love. If you're not usually into make-up, selecting a make-up artist can be a nightmare. I only trusted reviews from people i know and blindly decided to go ahead with my sources. It was a good decision! I hate the before-after photos a lot of artists put up showing a 'non-attractive' before and a transformational 'after'. Pooja does not do this! It's because she enhances the way you look and not try and give a different face altogether. She worked on my skin tones- which is wheatish (more dark than fair) and did not try to make me look anything I am not. Even before both the engagement & wedding functions, she met to see the outfits and planned the looks in advance instead of giving a last minute thought to these. I was very clear how I wanted to look natural and that's exactly what I got! Archana did my hair beautifully, advised on hairstyles to make sure my hair doesn't frizz up while I dance the night away. When I got to know that I was going to get married towards the end of 2017, my main priority more than clothes or decor or venue was to find the right makeup artist & the right hairstylist, who would make me look special on my special day. There, started the drill of going through Insta & Facebook & taking references from friends (with the help of my husband) to find me the apt person for this job. I spoke to a lot of them and for most, the response was very commercialised. What stood out to me about Pooja was the fact that she congratulated me, wished me luck and thanked me to want to consider her to be part of my wedding celebrations and that really touched me. I knew I had found my guardian angel. My partner and I had my first meeting with her thereafter which convinced me even more that I was on the right track as far as my goal was concerned and I booked her for all of my 3 functions - What I gathered was the fact that she was passionate, organised and extremely sweet (considering the number of hugs we exchanged in our first meeting). Pooja Khurana (dii), one of the most talented makeup artist in Delhi NCR (also a freelancer) did my bridal makeup and I feel no regrets in chosing her over others for the same. What i like best about her work is that she do makeup as per your requirement in combination with what she feels will make you look pretty. She follows a very different approach with her clients, she called me 10 before my wedding for pre-consultation where she checked my skin type, face structure etc and suggested few things to get done. I m so glad I had this girl power on the most memorable day of my life , not only in real life they made me looked fab but my pictures also came out flawless they exactly know how to put the right amount of makeup on a person n how the hairstyling will go with the look . I'm glad I chose Pooja for my special day . She completely understood what was my requirement and made my special day even more amazing with her flawless makeup. Makeup is something very personal. Every bride wants to look flawless on their big day but my only concern was losing my own style and personality.Pooja is a perfectionist. She did a few trials with me based on the style I was looking for and was very open to changes and also helpful with tips. She had an amazing hair stylist ( Archana Rautela) on board with her who also managed to make me look fabulous on every single day with gorgeous hairdos ! The end result speaks for itself . Awesome is the word I have for Pooja&Misha along with Archana. Their team rocks when it comes to make up- I got my engagement as well as Bridal make up done by these lovely ladies and I experienced 2 totally different looks on both the days which was remarkable. They are innovative and give you the look which will be the most perfect for you. I went there pretty blank as to what exactly i wanted but what they thought about my look and its execution was truly amazing! The hair dos are very modern and not the typical bridals ones. The cosmetics they use are of good brand as they did not cause any after effects and came out with a regular make up remover. I definitely recommend them :)

I booked Pooja and Misha for my sister's bridal. Couldn't have been happier with my decision. The minute I saw their work on WedMeGood, I knew they would be perfect for my sister. They didn't disappoint :) Pooja has a very pleasant personality and she patiently listens to what the bride requires. She also does a pre-consultation a month or two before the wedding where she discusses and tries different looks which would work with the bride's attire. The only thing that didnt go down too well with us was the fast that we had booked Pooja but a couple of weeks before the wedding she said she wouldnt be able to make it and Misha would come instead. However, Misha atoned for that glitch with her work :) Their work is very subtle and does not look artificial. Also, they go beyond the conventional golden eye makeup and love adding a pop of colour, without overdoing it. My sister looked so pretty and radiant and dewy and bright on her D-day. I am certain I will book Pooja and Misha for my wedding as well ;)

I recommended Pooja Khurana to all brides out there .... I went to her for both my cocktail and wedding day and was a 100 percent satisfied with both my looks . She with Archana who did my hair are extremely professional and creative .... I didn't need to tell them what I wanted and needed instead they decided and made me look like everything I wanted and more . Moreover their studio is quite a chill zone where u can go and unwind .... It was exactly what I needed to escape the craziness of weddings

I had a rather unpleasing experience with Pooja. I wanted to get a trial with her and had booked a day for the same. On the day of the trial, she didn't pick my calls, I decided to leave for her salon anyway and on the way she finally picked up when I informed her I'll be early that the scheduled time. She was ok with it, I finally reached a bit later than that coz of heavy traffic, only to find out she had left! Without even calling me to inform. And yea, she had given me the wrong address. I decided to give her a second chance and scheduled a second trial. And guess what, 15 mins before my scheduled time she told me her client was late and she couldn't take me! I had reached the venue anyway so decided to watch her do the makeup, and finally book her as I was tired of the running around. The icing on the cake- I kept following-up for her account details, and she never responded!!

they are just awsum..... no doubts at all. Till now I have got 5 makeups from them and they gave all 5 different looks. The base they do, I think no one else can do the same. At the same time they understand your requirements and give you looks accordingly. 6 out of 5 stars
