Had booked Poonam for my sangeet look for which I had provided her with reference photos of the makeup and hairstyle. There was some last minute confusion because of timing which got me very anxious about how the look would come out. But Poonam ensured that she got extra team members so that the work can be divided and I can be ready well in time. I was a bit skeptical about how it’ll turn out to be considering the rush in which it is being done, but to my surprise I looked just as I had envisioned myself. The whole look was amazing and it just made my celebrations even better.

Poonam is a fabulous make up artist. She knows the ins and outs of every product she uses, and takes care to ensure that her clients feel comfortable and great about themselves!!! She is very gentle with the face and unlike a lot of MUAs.She is very professional and took pride in her work. Highly recommended for bridal makeup’s as well as makeup class if you want to learn best makeup.

Not professional at all. She does everything as per her choice and convinece. Not creative at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Took another order on my wedding day despite booking in advance. She did not stay for the event and was constantly in a rush. She put lenses in my eyes with unwashed hands. When I asked about the spicy hands her attitude wasn't apologetic at all. Not worth the money she charges for her unwashed and un-higenic makeup products.

Amazing experience working with Poonam. Communication and booking process was very easy. I booked her last minute for my Sangeet. She did an amazing job with my makeup. The base was smooth and natural but good coverage and the glittery eyes looked so good. Other makeup artists make my base look cakey and it forms ugly wrinkles in my skin but this makeup was superb. She also did a great job with my hair and got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
