My experience with designer is lil different here I have never met her in this last 2 yrs I have totall of 7 to 8 pieces from her ,from different collection and recently I bumped into her store last November to meet her and get new stuff for upcoming wedding in house . Met the designer for very 1st tym she was warm welcoming and kindhearted lady . I really love ppl who are down to earth clean and I felt that connection with her . Got my outfits selected from varied availability of choices ,colour , work anything u ask fr she is ready to help u . I have never faced problems interms of money I was given really good knowledge what will cost what . In Shahpurjat I have seen many designer looting n cheating . I love u and look forward to wear more from ur collection and look stylish love Dr Sanjana 😘😘😘😘

Absolutely brilliant designer. Very creative, unique designs. Excellent detailing, superbly executed. Fabric used is the very best, the finished product is fit for royalty. Very satisfied. Highly responsive, easily accessible. Good delivery time, no difficulty in minor alterations. Highly recommended. I'm very happy with all products bought.

Bought Preeti S kapoor’s outfit from Azafashions. Highly disappointed with the designer. First she delivered the outfit very very late. Had to follow up a lot almost everyday with Aza, and according to Aza the delay was from designer as they were not communicating properly. I ordered large size ( I have placed many orders large size through Aza , never faced any problem ) the outfit didn’t fit me and I thought of sending it for alteration and then found out that the out fit doesn’t have any margins ( the sleeves had margin but the entire tunic had no margin which makes me believe that designer altered the medium outfit and delivered. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Will never buy again form her Thankful to Aza that they acknowledged the problem and refunded money but what a waste of time. After posting review I was contacted by Preeti and she made me believe that the fault was from Aza and she promised that she will make the outfit at same discounted price by November end and in exchange if I can remove the review. It’s November end ... and I have not received any response from her ... no update on the outfit or any thing... UNPROFESSIONAL is the word for her ... wish I can give her 0 star. BEWARE Buyers

I was very happy with the designs when I reached the store. I would buy a lot more if I had time. My sisters wedding was coming up in less than a couple of months. I ordered one dress for my youngest sister and informed Smita (store manager) that it needs to reach Bangalore by the 12th of jan! Till 25 of Jan, I had no news from her. She had given me a 11 digit number. On calling the designer, I never got a call back!! She needs to wear the outfit on 30th jan. On 25th Smita sent me the account details and told me that she wouldn’t dispatch the dress, till I deposited the balance of 10500. When I was trying to get the details from much earlier. I told her that 26th is Republic Day and 27th is Sunday, so please dispatch it, I will surely pay by Monday. I even tried net transfer but the ifsc code wasn’t detected. I transferred the money on Monday morning by 10:30 am! And called Smita to ask what time the courier will reach and she said... it isn’t dispatched yet!! For their own mistake, they held my clothes with them. It will reach by 29th, if I need alteration, how will I do it before 30th morning!?? I’m sure I will manage, but, won’t recommend anyone to use their services. They have good designs but, not reliable for your big day!

in regard to review by neha i would really like to meet this client along with the bill copy of the ordered pieces so that we can enquire what really happened with pieces. such a mistake always comes to our office notice.THERFORE REALLY VERY SUPRISED WITH THIS ALLEGATION REGARDS SUKESH

I wish I could rate it less than half a star as this boutique is very unprofessional. The dress that i ordered was made a month later than the promised date. When I went to pick it up, the fabric, colour and the fit was horrid. I had to ask her to make it again which meant that this was delayed by another 2 weeks. When i went to pick it back, the fit was again weird and I had to take it anyhow as it was too late to get a new outfit. I had to run behind my own tailor to fix it somehow. Never going to preeti s kapoor again.

I bought my cocktail outfit from Preeti S Kapoor and totally loved my outfit! The store, collection and everything was so good!
