If you talk to this vendor and discuss the designs you are envisioning for your big, she thinks you are wasting her time if you do not confirm your order. I was discussing a ring platter with her and when she didn't have any ring boxes that I liked, I didnt place my order with her. And she started a blame game. Very rude and comments negatively on your perspective and thought. We as customers keep several options and book the best one we feel as per our likes and budget and invest our time too. Similarly, I have been talking to several vendors but she is the only one who came back with a very not-so-pleasant reaction. Treating your potential customer like this is really sad. Definitely not recommend.
