We went with Priyanka for my sister’s Wedding Decor that happened in January 2023. For Haldi, Mehendi, Pellikuthuru ceremony. We were all very happy with the decor. For mehendi she turned the terrace to absolute stunning decor. Also the other one to mention about priyanka and her team they got every design done exactly as the same way we saw in the pictures. We are very happy that we choose Priyanka For the decor.

For someone who had a interstate(Kerala-Karnataka) wedding , Priyanka Prabhu & co had me on ease! It was the first call with her that wanted me to trust her as she was a listener and considered both mine and fiancé’s requirements. The decisions on the concept for both of these events were very last minute, but she still executed it and did it so beautifully ! Her work, level of communication and confidence was very impressive! Priyanka Prabhu is *the best*: you can't find anyone better than her. The parents could be guests and she would take care of *every single thing* and guess what she's incredibly classy and has great taste. We threw so many things in the last minute her way, but she executed all of them superbly! Most importantly, she's humane... when I fell sick during the wedding, she took care of me like a daughter would, she adds a human touch not just to her clients but to the guests too! We heard about Priyanka Prabhu from some folks at The Taj West End, Bangalore. Although the people from The Taj clearly stated that they normally don't recommend anyone for such services, they did this out of consideration for us as we didn't have a clue about the right sort of people to organise our daughter's wedding. A previous wedding planner had taken a large amount of money as deposit and disappeared without a trace. So, we were rather sceptical. The recommendation of Priyanka was a Godsend for us. Priyanka had just organised a wedding at the Taj for a couple from the Middle-East and the reviews that were given to us by the lady who had just got married were simply amazing and reassuring. I met with Priyanka in a small cafe on Church Street in late January 2019 almost a year before the wedding of our daughter in December 2019. My wife and I subsequently met with Priyanka several times during the year. We had regular calls with Priyanka to review the planning and details which Priyanka was always happy to revise and share with us after every call. Priyanka is extremely friendly, always smiling and very diligent in her work. Although we were worried about everything going according to plan especially in a country like India, we met her again in July when she spent the whole day walking us through the entire plan and details of the decor and various arrangements etc. We had paid Priyanka a very small sum as deposit but she kept her word and when the wedding days arrived, we really couldn't believe the attention to detail and the exceptional look and feel of the wedding atmosphere for each of our 4 events. All our guests thought that this was indeed a lavish wedding when in reality it was almost a budget venture by Indian standards as we were not too keen to splurge away hard-earned money. Priyanka helped us make the right choices and save on various costs along the way. Priyanka worked with the folks at The Taj highlighting concerns along the way for us to resolve jointly. Priyanka secured all the required licenses etc., to host a wedding and we really didn't have to do much but to attend the wedding. We believe we could have let Priyanka run the entire show herself and she may have delivered everything exactly as we had wanted but we had chosen to make some arrangements ourselves but Priyanka was more than happy to let us do whatever we wished and made us happy. Priyanka is a very good communicator and an extremely good organiser. She had a massive but most efficient team supporting her to get all the arrangements accomplished on time. On the Wedding morning, the entire setup was ready for a 07:30 start of traditional South-Indian rituals. The decor for Mehendi and Reception nights were indeed very colourful and well managed. The lighting, decor, the various signs including floral arrangements etc., were well thought of and created by Priyanka and her team. Priyanka was at our service almost any time of the day or night. Priyanka organised various third-party vendors such as Hairstylists and make-up artistes, DJs, Mehendi artistes, Bangle vendors, Nadaswaram artistes (traditional flautists) and many others. We would have no hesitation recommending Priyanka's services for anyone considering a destination wedding in Bangalore. Well done Priyanka and hope you get some time off and well earned rest after a hectic few months organising our daughter's wedding and catering to our every wish. Gave Priyanka a brief and she made sure everything was as briefed. She did mehndi, haldi, reception and muhurtham decor. Everything was different from each other and beautifully presented.

Whether it’s decor, managing your vendors, logistics / transport, Priyanka and her team can do it all —- they are hands on, extremely pleasant to work with and super reliable — you can trust them blindly. Right at the start, Priyanka promised I would have a beautiful stress-free wedding, and she more than lived up to that promise. The decor: Priyanka did not forget a single detail we discussed, the venues were ready way ahead of time, and looked absolutely stunning — even better than I had imagined! I was looking for something minimal yet creative, and she completely understood the brief, was open to all my ideas, accommodating of all our last minute requests / changes, back and forth — she is also very professional and shared detailed decks outlining everything she planned to do. In addition to decor, the team is also great at managing overall logistics/ coordinating with vendors — things that you definitely need someone to oversee on your big day. Despite many guests’ flights getting delayed due to bad weather, the airport pick-ups/drop-offs, local venue transportation was all coordinated seamlessly. Priyanka’s team also went out of the way to ensure our guests were comfortable and happy, and many of them personally came and told us how helpful the team was. The icing on the cake was that the entire team was extremely patient and calm throughout, both prior to, and during the wedding events. This is something you shouldn’t underestimate the importance of if you’re planning a wedding, which can be both stressful and overwhelming. Folks, Priyanka Prabhu and Co are truly amazing. What we often hear from brides is that how difficult and frustrating could be the whole process until the day of your marriage. Me being the kind of person who generally likes to take care of the 'To Do List' myself, realised that conducting a marriage is not an easy task. Knowing that there were literally a hundred tasks to be taken care of, I was amazed to see how organised and put together your team was to make sure everything was in the right place at the right time. At some point after our meetings prior to the wedding days, I realised that whatever you design will anyway turn out to be beautiful and put my trust in your ideas! I love how you were always there making sure everything went smoothly even when the weather did not agree with us on one of the days. This is exactly what every bride needs.
