Everything is perfect and well maintained and good well

Booked Procolor for a Nov 2020 wedding during the pandemic. We were in two different locations and wedding was at a third place. During the initial calls Gaurav ji was very corporative, understanding and was okay with all requests. Once we gave the advance is when we saw a drastic change in the attitude. We would fix a time for discussion and he/team would become unavailable without informing and to discuss one thing we would have to keep asking for availability. This was the case after the wedding as well. Not only us, but even our families were so troubled by the way we had to follow up with them on deliverables. If one would still like to go ahead with Procolor, do get everything in writing or record the conversation since they tend to go back on their words. Do ensure you read the T&C properly and made amendments to it as discussed as they will quote it later. The creative team is good but management is a big hassle for this.
