I availed their services in may 2018 for my wedding. After arriving, the lady Sapna straightaway raised the cost of bridal mehendi to 7k saying thats what it costs for full hands!! Back then in 2018, In the website it said 4k for full bridal mehendi and the lady costed us extra without logical reason. Also she charged rs 950 each for non bridal mehendi, both for my sister and cousin where she applied mehendi to their palms. The designs aren’t extraordinary as well. I deeply regret my choice and repent losing so much money for such a service. I would have easily got the same mehendi designs for lesser than half price i was charged. The mehendi did not give out color as expected ans the vendor could not do anything about it. The only good thing is she arrived at promised time. Apart from it, the attitude, remarks and the service were not upto standards.

Fortunately I got a details Pushpa Mehndi arts team during my friends marriage. I was amazed the way their team drew bridal mehandi to my friends. Immediately I asked the details from my friend, and decided my bridal mehandi should be given to Pushpa. Now coming to their professionalism they are extremely high tech team. Right from the appointment booking till end everything is perfect. They have few packages to choose for bridal and non bridal mehndi . And the best part is their the tips to make it darker. Kudos to ur team, keep doing this job 🤩

To all the future brides, I’m writing a detailed description about everything that happened on the event and after the results of my mehandi. I’m sharing my experience that happened on my mehandi day! So I wanted my bridal mehandi to be done by Swapna as I had got my mehandi done for my engagement and I had liked it! On the day of my mehandi event, the program started 1.5 hours late due to unavoidable reasons as we had to wind up haldi function! So my mehandi started at 1:30 and ended at 5.45 pm. So as usual they got to work, and started with the process and finished and went back. Also charged me for the wait time and gave me the after kit and payment was done and they left from the event! PLEASE NOTE : During the event Swapna or her team never mentioned if they had felt uncomfortable or anything from the time event started until the end. And they never complained about anything during the entire process. Please focus on this, as this is their business tactic is what I believe. So after the mehandi was applied- I sent pictures of the mehandi and how disappointed I was with the results. Because I didn’t spend so much of money to get these kind of results. Please find the mehandi images attached. And Swapna responded that “uncomfortable with the urgency and disturbance while working due to delayed started and continuous pestering to complete it fast.” So unless the person won’t let us know how they feel, it’s pretty obvious that I’ll think everything is running smoothly. But giving this reason after everything is over is not helping. So on the whole, future brides please be aware because mehandi is very special on your big day and you wouldn’t want to go through this on your big day! I feel really sad now for choosing Pushpa mehandi on my big day. And she mentioned she will think about the refund after I post the review, so you can just imagine. Anyway I am not doing this for refund but for the other brides to be aware. Her team members were more kind then Swapna herself.

I am 2 years late to this review and my sincere apologies to the team for the same. I approached Pushpa Mehandi Arts for my Bridal Mehandi on 17th Dec,2020. During the pandemic the team took utmost care to follow all safety guidelines and precautions and made sure I had the most amazing experience of my life. Sapna is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever seen. Shez very passionate about her work. For them it's not just some random design, it's an art and they do it with so much dedication. Everyone at my wedding was amazed with my Mehandi. One take away from my Mehandi event was how well Sapna's family support her passion towards her work. Her husband made sure to capture all these beautiful moments through his photography.

Sapna and her team are exceptionally talented. Their designs are unique and their work is quick yet neat. They were also accomodative of couple unforeseen last minute changes. However, 10k seems unreasonablly expensive. Also, Sapna's personality wasn't the most appealing to me. She'd ask one too many personal questions and offer unsolicited opinions/advice in return. She passed several unnecessary comments such as "Why is your newborn niece so cranky?", "Your fiancé is 5'11"? That's short", "Maldives is such a cliche honeymoon destination choice" among many, many more. For a bride mehendi is a chance to relax and pamper herself thus a slightly quiet atmosphere would probably be more suitable versus unwelcome conversation/statements. A little less attitude and a little more kindness to the customer goes a long away.

Highly recommend Pushpa Mehndi Arts for your wedding mehendi! Sapna was fantastic to work with. She is so incredibly talented and understanding throughout the whole process. I received so many compliments for my mehendi which stained beautifully and lasted a while. I really enjoyed chatting with her and she was patient with me when I couldn't help but groove to the music along with everyone else! I loved the intricate detailing and the little touches she added to my look. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Sapna!!
