Store - Queens Couture 3-A, Lawrence Road, Joshi Colony, Amritsar, Punjab 143001, India Representative- Mr Amit Mehra Ill share the series of events and please decide on your own. 15 June - Placed order for 2 outfits. One ready-made, customized by colour and material. The other created from scratch. Salesperson confirmed could be done. I paid full amount and the courier charges. 23 June – I sent more pics and confirmed with salesperson on the designs. Msg acknowledged. 01 Jul - Sent a text to check on progress of outfit. No reply. 03 Jul - Sent follow-up. Received reply order is processing. 11 Jul - Sent a msg for updates. Received pics of first outfit. Salesperson confirmed it will be sent for stitching. 26 July- Received 4 missed calls. Perhaps they dont have a system to leave a message. They don’t do anything if you don’t pick their call and you are expected to chase them. 12 Aug– I sent a message and apologized for missing the call. 13 Aug – Salesperson clarified on the design of the outfit and shared some pics. Confirmed it will be going for stitching. 26 Aug – Sent a message to check progress. No reply. 28 Aug – Sent a follow-up message. Salesperson said he’ll send pics tomorrow. 31 August – Followed-up on the pics. He said he’ll sent today. 02 Sep – Sent another follow-up. No reply 03 Sep – Sent another follow-up. He said he was out of town and will reply in 30mins. He shared pics after 2.5hrs. 4 Sep – Salesperson confirmed clothes will be sent in 2 days and reach me in another 4 days. He confirmed the address. 12 Sep – I requested for the tracking number as there was no delivery. Sales person replied “sending”. I clarified and he said he has given to his courier and will share the tracking number the next day. 17 Sep – I followed-up with him again. I expressed I was not very pleased. He said he was waiting for the courier to reply and told me he will share the tracking details. He said sorry. He shared his internal slip with the courier - not a valid id to track the parcel. I asked him for the tracking number again. He gave me the courier mobile number and told me to connect with him. 18 Sep - I told the sales-person I reached out to his courier person. No reply from sales person. 19 Sep - I received the tracking Id from sales-person. 22 Sep - I received my outfit and updated the sales person. To my horror, the first outfit was tight. There was no bottom (pajama) w the suit. Maybe they dont deliver pyjamas with their Anarkali. They will give you a lot of promises when you are shopping there. For the other outfit, it was made from scratch with a lot of Pearls. They had big and small Pearls. There were a lot of big Pearl's missing. U will spot easily because there were empty spaces. The parcel did not have any of the missing pearls. I was unable to try the outfit as for one of the hands, its opening was stitched together. Essentially, when the pearl was stitched, the person stitched the hand together. There were many threads hanging around the outfit. It wasn’t proper neat stitching job. I felt sad looking at the missing pearls, the threads all over and even the careless hand-stitched portion. Sales person said he will send the Pearls and pajami today, asap. I thanked him. He also told me he doesnt know about the missing pearls as he checked the outfit before sending. 23 Sep - I sent a message sharing how disappointing the outfits were. I expressed how bad I felt about the output. No response. 26 Sep- I checked what happened as he was gonna send the missing items on 22 Sep. He replied he sent the pajami and Pearl's and will share the details the next day. I asked when was this sent? No response provided.

27 Sep - I informed them I posted a review and immediately a call came. Before that I never experience such care and concern from him. I was told I would be provided an exchange to rectify what had gone wrong. Throughout the day I was searching and selected an outfit and design from what he showed me. Spent the whole day on the phone to work this. When all was sorted, he offered me a 30 percent discount and told me to pay for the outfit. I was shocked because he had told me he genuinely wanted to replace the outfit. I refused and said I had already paid for the outfit he screwed. He came back saying then he would have to charge me for the difference between the price of the replacement and what I paid for the disastrous outfit. I refused because he had said he was replacing/correcting what had gone wrong. In the end he said he rather refund me and he wants the screwed outfit back. I told him to pay for the courier charges and I want the full refund credited to my account the next day. He said his policy is he has to receive the outfit and then he will credit the refund. How do you deal with someone who wasted your 3 months chasing him? Sends a disastrous outfit. Promised to correct the mistake and sends you the bill? He screwed two outfits and I didnt even ask any payment for the adjustments I had to make for the other outfit. I was willing to be understanding and do my part. This is service recovery where the customer has to pay for the price difference. He has the audacity to tell me the policy is the outfit has to reach him before he can refund me any amount. This was essentially their technique to pretend they want to help and then make it seem they did all they could. Such sly actions. Would you trust someone who messed up? I am beyond disgusted with all his empty promises and claims to solve what had gone wrong. ---------------------------- Shopping with Queens Couture might have been my biggest mistake. Now both outfits messed up. My reception is in 2 weeks and its my fault because I believed this place delivered its promises. I am left w a horrible outfit after all this. 3 months is not enough to send a proper outfit. When they say they have sent the outfit, they do not. Dont expect to receive an update unless you send constant follow-ups. After all this, they ignore you. You can decide on your own if it's worth to shop here and risk having your most important outfit screwed. Please keep sharing this and create the awareness so less brides get cheated. I have all the chats with him and would be happy to share with anyone who needs this. Thank you.

I bought my engagement gown over facetime with my mum and sister while being in New Zealand. They both went to many shops in Amritsar and out of Amritsar but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then, I found this gown at Queens Couture. It got ready even before I landed there. After that I only tried once and it was perfect fitting. And the day I wore it, I got soooo many compliments that I look like a doll and so elegant. People still ask me where I bough it from. Thank you so much for giving me what I wanted. It was exactly what I wanted
