Our event was a three day affair in Kathmandu, Nepal. When the hotel decorator dropped off the plans, RCraft was recommended to us by a common friend. I must admit that I was bit skeptical to bring an Indian decorator to a Nepali function. But after our experience, I am really glad we did. My ideas for the event were quite out of the ordinary. We wanted a unique and different event completely out of the norm. "Anti-tradition" and "unconventional" were the words I used to describe the 3 day party when I first met Kapil. He listened attentively, took copious notes, and showed me some of the work he had done before. I was impressed, but still not convinced he could match my expectations. Kapil then sent me a detailed and precise all-inclusive proposal and was quick to answer the few questions I had. My level of trust grew with this professional approach. There was regular email communication up to the event and I received detailed floor plans and pertinent questions as we went along. But nothing could prepare me for the shock I had when I saw the set-up for the first day. The results were just jaw-dropping and kept on coming every day: Buddah Bar, Pirate Night, and Arabian night. I have a wild imagination and I rarely can say that an event matches my vision, but RCraft's team really did. Not only did it blow me away, our guests were awed, and even the hotel staff, accustomed to many events, had never seen anything like this. To say that we are pleased and that we would recommend RCRaft is an huge understatement. Words fail me to describe what a great experience it was and I hope you get to discover it yourself. I have not come across such a WORSE team and human beings. KAPIL SHARMA, the man behind R Crafts DID NOT TURN UP FOR THE 3 days of our wedding. The rest of the team RAN AWAY in the middle of the wedding WITHOUT informing us. JUST VANISHED after the night of our sangeet.They took lakhs of money from us. A man of absolutely no morals and ethics, Kapil Sharma did not even have the guts to message and call us after he and his team vanished. My destination wedding happened at Bikaner (Nardendra Bhawan and Laxmi Niwas Palace) We ended up paying the decorater lakhs of money, over and above what we had paid Mr. Kapil Sharma because Mr. Kapil Sharma did not pay the decorator. He promised us the best vendors, took so much money and got us such horrible vendors. He promised extravagant decor and so much other promises and fulfilled not EVEN ONE. He had a team of 4 people for a wedding of 250-300 people when he promised us so much more. One of his team members whatsapped us that she did not get time to rest/sleep/eat. ARE YOU SERIOUS? That is what we hired you for? Whenever he would talk to us before the wedding, he would give us big examples, big names, everything in the air and when it came to execution, it was ZERO. Irrespective of what he did, I had the MOST beautiful wedding. Thanks to the brilliant support provided by Nardendra Bhawan’s and Laxmi Niwas Palace’s staff and my best friend, who had just started her own wedding planning company. We did not take any action against R Craft since the wedding was anyway over and I had moved on in my next phase of life. My real brother, BALA SARDA who is also FORBES 30 under 30, Asia - 2018 List, believes in Karma and made me understand that what goes around WILL definitely come around. ONE DAY, he is going to pay for what he has done. I would have never written this review because I don’t give a damn but if you are reading this, I don’t want you to take a chance with this team and man. He is a sham and full of lies. DO NOT HIRE HIM. If he can do it to me, he can do it to you. Do not ruin your special day by hiring this man. I wonder how Kapil Sharma sleeps at night and what does he teach his children.

R Craft events managed the hospitality part for my wedding at Jaipur and I must appreciate how flawless the entire event was handled by them. The entire team was on toes and managed each and every aspect of the wedding amazingly. One of the most efficient teams that you can put 100% trust for your big day. My entire family will always be glad on choosing them.
