Luckily I came across Richa’s profile, I really liked her work n profile....after talking to her on call I felt so good that I immediately booked her, she was super polite & gave me proper bridal makeover consultation, also she is very professional & has a amazing collection of international cosmetics products, she recommended me Huda HD with airbrush makeup according to my skin type, on my wedding day makeup stayed all day, I was out in sun & it was hot but makeup stayed just so well. I second the review by Priyanka Jain that Richa is not at all cooperative and a poor choice to work with. Small hiccups are manageable if they are solved amicably but with Richa, things got a bit difficult to handle at the 11th hour. Her work wasn’t appreciable and her tantrums still disappoint us after even 3 months of the functions she was hired for. Just a word of caution for future customers of this lady, to be very careful while selecting her and to clear each and every thing in advance to avoid last minute hassle.

I hired Richa for my sangeet look and wedding reception look design. They sell their service with an offer of a package, ‘It includes Makeup, hairstyle, drapping per event Look designing Bridal glow chart Shopping assistance Hair extensions Hair accessories Travelling if in pune’ ( copied as it is as what she texted me in initial talk) -For look designing they give you their past work looks to choose from. -Bridal glow chart is common pre-prepared pdf given to all brides. ( no personal assistance) -shopping assistance is couple of googled images of jewellery to refer. -She was supposed to bring ring light and a mirror for the bride to get ready but instead for both my events she got my make up done in setting sun light. -For sangeet event they could not replicate the hair style which i had chosen and their styling was poor that made my hair looked oily and unwashed. -My make up was breaking and creating creases on my sangeet day on the laughing lines. -For reception look they didn’t contour or even put blush on my face. -They draped my forehead chunni upside down. The border lace with hangings was downside. My bhabhi was coordinating the make up team and was in direct touch with Richa for number of makeups on siders. So my bhabhi knew the total calculation and numbers. We were supposed to pay richa in cash before the event. For which she directly approached my dad and hence as a natural reaction he asked for the breakdown of the total for which she started SHOUTING ON MY DAD because she got irritated to answer the breakdown again.She shouted on my bhaiya, threatened to cancel my bridal makeup and made me cry too on my big day. She was very arrogant in her nature and not at all pleasant to work with. Although me and my dad helped her with the inputs of venue and decorators for her own wedding.

Didn’t like her service. I am sorry that I have to put this review here, as we did bring our concerns up with Richa but was ignored. Bottom line, would Not suggest her to my friends and family and will NEVER take any service to her. Don’t even know where to being! My youngest brother wedding and we booked them for 3 occasion — obviously Mistake! They won’t even ask what do you have in mind for hairstyles, they will come and start with their own style. They won’t even ask about your makeup preferences — they will choose the colour for you and at the end won’t even care to ask if you like it or needs some addition. They will not care to pencil your eyebrows (even if you have lighter brows), don’t know if here stylist know that Mascaras are part of eye makeup. I told her I have less hair in front and the type of hairstyle I want, was assured they will take care of it, Great, I was happy. Haldi Ceremony — when the stylist arrived — sent by Richa —- told me that there’s nothing she can do abt the scanty hair I have, great —- I have no option now just do what u think will suit me. Didn’t like my hair, made me look older than my age � Sangeet ceremony — Her artist does my makeup— good make up, I liked it —- however forgets mascara and eyebrow shape (I did remind her my eyebrows are very light and needs pencil) Groom makeup —- here is how the stylist sent by Richa — (counted on her senior artist list) did grooms makeup for Sangeet — made groom seat on chair, booked Uber on her phone and called her family saying 5mibs for her can n she will be home (me n my brother gave blank look to each other) — Good to know they are so confident that grooms makeup can be done in 5 MINUTES! Wedding day — stylist arrives 50 minutes late �—- again same issue —- very poorly done hair and make �— note my hair and makeup was done in total 15minutes by 2 different stylist sent by Richa. My mom was booked for hair and makeup and stylist left after doing my moms hair!! � Are you Serious, she is grooms mother, we have Nikha to attend in next 15 minutes and my mom goes without any makeup ���� Not only did her people came 50 minutes late, but did half the work (Note full amount was paid) — not even basic curtesy to call and inform. Reception makeup : Richa was finally here doing bridal makeup — was booked for grooms makeup and hair. By now I do not even want to comment on her makeup knowledge — but what was interesting is Richa did not do hair for groom (even though she charged us for Makeup and Hair for groom), reason she gave was, “You guys didn’t remind me to do his hair + we were waiting for you guys for 15 MINUTES” (ya well someone forgot they made us wait 50 minutes) slow clap on this one. Also in those 15 mintues they were offered tea/coffee/ sweets which they enjoyed! You Welcome. Do I need to say anything more —- So they have been putting extensions on my hair in other ceremonies and everything was returned back the next day when they came — however suddenly Richa realized that she should charge extra deposit of Rs 3000/- as we were all ready to leave for Reception — awesome same given but she had an angel here to deduct Rs 500/- for Sarees draping for me —- I did tell you Richa pls let me know the saree draping cost and I will pay, you don’t have to play tricks. At least Richa should refund the money for my moms makeup not done and grooms hair not done!!

Wedding is the best day of r life & v expect to look the best. Richa totally did justice to my Look. She is really sweet n takes care of her brides , she makes sure we are comfortable n tell her clearly our imagined look and then she turns it into reality with her power of right makeup. Also I must say Richa is very young n talented , unlike other makeup artist & beautician she doesn't charge additional for everything. She suggests us best bridal outfits & jewellery too n accordingly plans the makeup & hairstyle. I totally loved my wedding day makeover.
