Royal Makeover

I had a terrible experience for my wedding makeup. Apart from over charging Rima overbooks to the extent brides get delayed which is unacceptable for bridal makeup customer service. High rush is not an excuse. It could have been handled by not accepting too many bookings. The artist will never take into account your inputs for your bridal look and instead impose thay look on you which takes the least amount of time so that she can take max bookings. My base makeup made me look 2 shades darker. Even though i reached on time she made me wait due to which i got delayed by 2 hrs for my wedding. She lied that she allows makeup photography thrice just so she could take my booking and refused after my photographers reached the studio. This led to wedding mis management. She should not have lied about it. All this is not acceptable for her exorbitant charges. Please don't book her unless you have no preferences on the look you want or you want to ruin your big day. Customer service is not at all a priority for her.

I had booked Rima for a wedding makeup on the 24th Jan. The package was for 20k and I had paid 10k advance directly 3 months before the date. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances the wedding had to be cancelled a few days before. Now anyone can understand the cost and emotional turmoil a father has to go to during a daughters weddings and specially when the wedding has to be cancelled. But having said so most Jamshedpur vendors were really kind to refund the advances or at least a percentage of the advance. I understand just like us the businesses would have also incurred losses owing to the wedding getting cancelled and most of the businesses have terms and conditions about non refundable advance. The only person who not only outright refused to give back the advance or even a small percentage of it but also refused to compensate with any other service was Rima. I was appalled at her rude behaviour and the way she just refused stating terms and conditions. We all are humans at the end of the day and having some empathy hurts no one. I understand she would have booked a slot on that day for me and if not the full refund she could have at least provided some service or a percentage of the amount back. Not only did she say no but she barely listened to anything we had to say. It’s not about the 10k that I am leaving this review but just wanted everyone to know that with a wedding there can be many ups and downs so it’s better to choose your vendors with some emotional intelligence or empathy. I can understand you can’t give the advance back but atleast have some heart to talk with grace and kindness.By gods grace most Jamshedpur vendors were really kind starting from the wedding planner to the photographer to even the makeup artist I had hired for my relatives but unfortunately Rima was a let down. Just wanted this to be on the public forum so people can make an informed choice.

Meet the worst makeup artist of Jamshedpur the most arrogant and rude makeup artist I have ever come across Mrs. Reema. if I had a option to give you O stars I would have given it. She loots you and leaves you crying, if u don't wanna waste your money and save your event please get your makeup done from Someone else. The moments we stepped in she asked her assistant to do my makeup and she left we look like a patchy ghost. I complain so Reema herself did my makeup, but then there is more to come. My makeup automatically started getting off after 30 mins and I was left looking like a ghost on my ONLY SISTERS WEDDING . I had the worst experience. She is the most unprofessional Makeupartist, her assistants don't even know how to curl your hairs. When I texted her she refusd to help and did not even refund my money, rather she abused me in her mother tongue and asked me to get out of her studio, being an outsider in Jamshedpur I can't believe I experienced this. Guys save yourself from this pathetic person. My special dat is never gonna come back nor my money but please save yourself A. I was left crying on my own sisters wedding due to Reema
