Sadaf Momin Label

She now goes by "purplepinkcouture". I would absolutely not recommend this shop. I ordered my outfits right before the covid lockdown and obviously things were going to be delayed. She did not have the courtesy even once to provide an update throughout the lockdowns, even if it was just a "hi, we are still closed. we will update you" When I reached out, she actually got angry at me, which makes no sense for an owner...When I received the clothes, while beautiful, they had a very bad smell. I wasn't sure if it was a chemical used to protect the clothes, something against COVID, or maybe the clothes got wet. I reached out to her for advice on how to get rid of the smell and she immediately got defensive. I then asked for a refund since the clothes smelt pretty bad and you could not use them and she was honestly being quite rude. I requested for her to send a return shipping label and I would get it back out to her. She went off. She kept repeatedly calling me and the clothes big, God will cause me pain, karma will get me, fraud, and who knows what else. I was so completely shocked and could not believe that a business owner could behave like this. She also complained again that I asked if there were any updates during COVID. This I do not understand because I purchased from other Indian clothing shops and they continuously provided updates. I asked her maybe twice. Once was because her whole website was down and I was getting an "email not delivered" message and the second because other clothing shops said that their warehouses in India were open. I did file a case with paypal and they decided in my favor. I had two options, one to just ship the clothes back which would have resulted in a large fine for the seller or two, to ask the seller for a return shipping label. Sadaf claimed that she had no idea what a return shipping label is, said I was being rude (although I never said a single bad word to her as she continued to curse me), and falsely accused her of body shaming (even though there is email proof that she continuously called me and my clothes big. Side note, she also charged extra for my "big" clothes so I don't know why this came up so often). I would recommend to stay away from Sadaf, purplepinkcouture, or whichever new line she comes up with unless you enjoy being insulted and cursed at.

I had ordered SADAF MOMIN lehenga for my sangeet and It turned out to be so beautiful. I got many compliments from my friends and family.
