I did my research and loved Sahiba's work! Booked her in Feb for my engagement in November! And boy, was I happy! I loved my look, which was based on just one-liner brief that I want to look like myself. She did that and made a few tweaks so I look a little different than usual. One tip: Please do confirm on your time of getting ready in advance, this was the only slight hiccup but we found a work around.

DO NOT HIRE HER FOR YOUR BIG DAY! She did my engagement and wedding makeup for my mom as well. For engagement day 1. She showed up later than discussed. Inspite of several calls and messages prior, she was late. And then I also got late for my event. 2. She gave me false information about coloured contact lenses and demanded to charge me extra for them inspite of mentioning in the quote that they are included. For wedding day 1. She changed my getting ready time on her own on my wedding day since she had to go for a dinner!! Highly unprofessional and horrible behaviour!! I had no choice but accept. 2. She didn’t bring enough artificial flowers for the hair inspite of messages and calls. So my mom could not get any flowers in her hair since she didn’t have enough! She was highly disrespectful to my mother and called her ‘finicky’. 3. She was busy getting ready on her own for her dinner at my house instead of getting me ready!! 4. She didn’t leave me any time to do any getting ready shots with my photographers. I missed all those important photography moments due to her. 5. She left even without finishing my look. A major part of my hairdo was done after she left and I had to beg her to stay 10 mins extra. 6. Her hair lady STOLE my paschmina shawl! I was wearing it before getting my makeup done. when she left, the shawl was gone. Highly unprofessional and selfish MUA. Absolutely not worth a single dime. No proper work ethic or etiquettes. Don’t waste your time and money on her, especially for your wedding day!

I am writing this review almost after a month of my marriage because I was literally short of words and was just thinking of all the wonderful adjectives that I can put up for Sahibba’s work. Like u can literally close your eyes and book her for your D-Day. Trust me guys she is the one u are looking for. I had become super paranoid since the time my wedding got finalised!Out of all things which were to be arranged,the most difficult task was to finalise one good makeup artist. Unfortunately my experience so far with multiple artists was very bad which had made me extremely anxious! After reading tons of reviews online, I came across Sahiba who seemed just perfect at once. I heard about Sahibba from a dear friend whose sensibilities I trust. I went to get a trial to her studio, and we thought she would be alright. The main reason I made the decision at the time was she seemed to have a good taste and understand what I wanted. But when I went to get my make up done for the first of 3 events, halfway through the make-up, I was skeptical that dark eye make up was making me look like a raccoon. Sahibba and the hair stylist in her team, are both great. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and quite skilled in their art (and they treat it like an art). They are also both patient and have a calming influence about them. Sahibba plays music while doing make up and is very easy to talk to. A bit at the pricier end though - I skipped doing a trial to minimise costs, but didn't regret that later.

Sahibba is an amazing make up artist.
