Worst customer service ever. They don’t even have decency to stay true to their words. Their Delhi store team demeans the customer. Being a designer is one thing but satisfying a customer on her requirements is another thing. I highly recommend to avoid this store due to their poor customer service. They want customers to take responsibility of their mistakes done during alteration. Never ever faced this unprofessional behaviour with any other designer. Nothing against Sana barreja as a designer but this feedback is aimed to highlight the poor customer service which I experienced.

I had an amazing experience with the team in deciding and choosing my wedding outfits. They did a splendid job and made sure all the fittings were perfect and the delivery of outfit was right on time. Recommended .

I got some of my wedding outfits from here and I'm very happy with the shopping I did. They have a beautiful collection to choose from and also their customer service is amazing. They really help you out find the best options for you. Loved the quality of outfits as well. Recommended.
