Worst customer service ever. They don’t even have decency to stay true to their words. Their Delhi store team demeans the customer. Being a designer is one thing but satisfying a customer on her requirements is another thing. I highly recommend to avoid this store due to their poor customer service. They want customers to take responsibility of their mistakes done during alteration. Never ever faced this unprofessional behaviour with any other designer. Nothing against Sana barreja as a designer but this feedback is aimed to highlight the poor customer service which I experienced.
