Don't waste your money on this rubbish label! Their blatant lack of respect for their paying customers is infuriating. This label needs to get canceled. They're running a scam. I bought a pair of juttis from these guys over two months back which were a bit snug, so I sent them an email requesting an exchange. They asked me to get in touch via WhatsApp to "expedite" the process. HUH! It took me over a month to get them to respond. Like that wasn't enough, they had me send the original product back to them and assured me they'd send out the replacement. It's been weeks now, and they haven't sent me shit! Not a replacement product nor a refund; to top it all, they completely stopped responding to my calls/DMs. The worst place to shop ever. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. You'd thank me later. Saya India, you guys suck and should be ashamed of yourselves!!

All my juttis for my wedding were from saya; lovely collection. I was on my feet throughout and no shoe bites!! this has never happened!

My sister told about this brand since she had shopped many times with saya and I really loved their designs but was hesitant to try someone new since I was buying for my wedding! But they came through and made sure that all my requests were well received. I am so happy - I am not one to write reviews, but I really wanted to go out and beyond to write this one! Fraud and scammer. Product never been delivered. 15 Ordered was place from Mauritius in May 2020, but only received 7. 8 Juttis never got delivered. Not responsive

My feedback isn’t for the shoes (because I never received them) but for the service which is absolutely unprofessional. I placed an order with Saya India on 24/10/2020 and they say that they do worldwide delivery within 5-10 business days. It’s 30/12/2020 and there’s still no progress on this order. After going back and forth with this team on WhatsApp for over 2 months, I still have no updates. Been trying to reach out for order cancellation and refund but no response. If you cannot handle international deliveries, mention that. Don’t fool your customers and test their patience. I want my refund of INR 7000.00 back. Never want to place an order with Saya ever again. They won’t respond on Instagram or on WhatsApp. The lady Riya Mohnot is running a scam. She’s cheating people.

Horrible customer service. The managerial head Riya Mohnot is one of the worst managers I have met. I have shopped footwear from soo many pages, but this is been my worst experience. having given a defective piece, they don't replace or refund the amount that I paid inspite of following them back continuously since the time of delivery. The give away is not yet received. Zero value to your money. Zero at Ethics. Sharing a pic of how I have been following her but she hasn't reverted to me till date. Whereas in less than a week, I placed ordered of goods upto 5k. (Have shared the pic on fb, upload error here) Am editing this review now.. After dropping a facebook review of saya, they have blocked my account. This is the professionalism they have. If they had a little shame, atleast later they wouldn't disappointed a client.

Do not trust this lady.I ordered two pairs of open back shoes.She sent one which was the wrong order(closed shoes one pair) and then lockdown happened.After four months when I contacted her she told me that shoes have been posted, which obeviosly never arrived.She blamed it for us not accepting the order and promised to post again .last week she told me again that the right order has been posted two days ago.What made me suspicious that every time I asked she she told me that she posted the order two days ago.Order never arrived and when I contacted and confronted her she stopped sending me reply.What a shameful act!! Donot trust Saya!!

Thanks Saya and team for being one stop shop for me when it came to wedding footwear. I love each and every footwear piece that you guys curated for me.
