My bridal got cancelled just a week before the wedding and that's when I read the reviews on this platform and reached out to Shachi. I was really skeptical at first but from the trial day to my Sangeet and wedding day, Shachi has been with me for every small requirement, be it any changes to the outfit or the jewellery. For Sangeet, in order to calm me down she offered me nice white wine and good music and needles to say, her makeup and hairdo were beyond expectations. For the wedding day also, I requested Shachi to travel with me to the venue which was last minute and she was really kind and sweet to accomodate my request. Our love affair with Shachi's makeup started when we were searching makeup artist for my best friend's wedding 2 years back. Polite, punctual, cooperative and totally understanding of the bride's every need and every request, Shachi impressed us with her thoroughly professional approach. It was a great experience to get my bridal makeup done by Shachi. I was very skeptical as I had a bad experience prior to her with another makeup artist. However, she was phenomenal. She not only made my day, she has also changed my perspective. She understood my complexion and what my skin type needed. The makeup was not overdone and not so subtle as well. After doing all the research and looking around for make up artists in Pune I came across Shachi. When I went for my bridal trial I was satisfied but did have few changes n concerns which I then addressed them to her. Have come across so many other top artists in Pune who are so unprofessional who wouldn't reply to you for days n weeks n then in the end ditch you saying their blocked! Shachi is so prompt with reverting back to your calls n messages and she hears n implements to what you looking for. Coming to make up, I had her for all my wedding functions but yet no repetition of looks anywhere at all. She is very innovative, clean n neat, sharp, quick and focused at her work. Her make up comes out so naturally enhancing your best features and not just painting the face. I was also worried about contouring as my face had become a little puffy during my wedding days, but she kicked it off so perfectly! Hair was something i did not have to worry about at all, I had left it on her and had no complaints at all. All my looks were so variant, glowy and upto the mark. Her eye make up is to die for! I would suggest you to go for her airbrush make up. Shachi is a darling person, very sweet and honest with her work, very flexible n loving. Sorry for this long post, but this is shortest I could come up with. After being worried about whom should I consult for my makeup on my big day, there were a lot of friends and colleagues who recommended a few make up artists who would be a fit for my requirement. However I tried to do a bit of research on my own as well so that I don't have any regrets or confusion at a later stage. During my search I came across a name "Shachi Singh" which was ranked amongst the top 10 bridal make up artists in Pune. So, I decided to have a word with her first to see if I'm making the right choice as it was not for just an ordinary day but my wedding day and it had to be special. When I called her there was this polite soft spoken person on the other end who introduced herself as Shachi and I was so happy & comfortable talking to her that within the first 30 seconds of our conversation I had almost made up my mind that I would select her as my make up artist. It was not just the conversation that helped me make up my mind but the reviews I heard and saw about Shachi were a 10 on 10. During the consultation, Shachi narrowed me down to exactly what I was looking for and not just go by the samples I had in mind, making it a unique look overall. And finally on the big day when we were done with the make up and when with all the excitement I looked in the mirror I couldn't have imagined myself looking so beautiful that I just kept glaring myself until someone shook me off... All I could say about her is that Shachi is a true, skilful, creative, hardworking, smart and a mind blowing artist who will just surprise you with all her creativity & her experience and introduce you to a new world of uniqueness that no none could think of. Shachi is an amazing artist! She clearly understands the nuances of make up and doesn't deploy a cookie cutter approach. She varies her style based on an individual's facial features, skin type, occasion, etc. which is very essential to get a flawless output. I've had one of the best make ups done by her. Had a great experience working with Sachi. I hired her for my wedding makeup (for two events, wedding and reception) and was completely satisfied. Wedding was in the afternoon so did a light makeup which was apt for the event and evening reception was heavy which again was well suited for the time. Makeup and hairstyle for both events was completly different and didn't look repeated/monotonous at all. People kept praising me for my makeup and things looked perfect in all the photographs. Especially liked the eye makeup which I believe is her speciality. She did the work patiently and with perfection. Highly recommended from my side.
