We ordered a pair of light pink rose bud wedding garlands in august and paid full amount in advance (our biggest mistake )to the vendor and got promises that the product colour would be exactly same and it would be packaged in a cardboard box to avoid any damage to the product . however after inumerable desperate calls in october after the product was not being delivered as promised i had to request her repeatedly to keep their side of the promise as i had already paid the amount in advance . this discussion led to many uncomfortable scenarios like they are too busy to take my order / they don’t have the flowers of the colour requested etc etc also in between i was offered a totally different colour of rose which was not at all matching with the pictures i had sent for reference . after a lot of discussion ( i have all the screen shots ) i finally received the product on 16 october ( different colour rose flowers )packed without bubble wrap or any cardboard box just in a polybag which resulted in broken hooks and broken flowers . imagine my plight that this is my daughter’s WEDDING GARLAND ! they just threw in the precious wedding garland like trash into a polybag and parceled it to my destination (this happens because the payment was done in advance )sharing pics to show what they sent . it was an ordeal dealing with their unprofessional attitudes and would not recommend them at all. Dealing with their unprofessional attitude was the biggest nightmare for me . RESULTS a broken damaged wedding garland and now i am looking for an alternative vendor to reorder the garlands again .
