We chose Shishir after meeting with 3-4 photographers, who all had similar portfolios of work. Shishir spoke with a passion for his work that made me want to choose him. His team is young, energetic, cooperative and made us feel at ease throughout all the events. The final photographs are spectacular. We would've met close to 10-12 Photographers during our selection but the first meeting with Shishir was like catching up with an old friend. We chatted over a cup of coffee and both my wife and myself opened up so easily to him with our story. I guess that's the major thing putting him apart from the rest - the comfort he creates with his clients and towards the end of it it's almost like a friend is taking your pictures, enabling us to be our true selves and this translates beautifully into the final photos he delivers. They're natural, they're joyful and they really filled with Love. He is extremely understanding and accomodates all your quirks in, and not to mention the level of effort and dedication towards the details that are seen brilliantly in the wedding film. Shishir perfectly captured the soul of the wedding the way we wanted without focusing too much on boring moments. It’s so important to have a photographer that we can trust and Shishir’s team took care of everything. I was able to express my interests and ideas for the wedding shoot early on and Shishir listened to all our long calls patiently and brought those ideas to life in our wedding. So if you have any ideas, highly recommend discussing with him and involve him in your process. We can’t recommend his team and his work enough.

Wowwww!!! Wowwww!!! The one word we kept saying as we were going through the photos that shishir and his team had captured aesthetically. I was grinning from ear to ear looking at the photos. Memories were captured beautifully. My whole family loved the photos. He had covered the event perfectly and had captured all the right moments. We were really glad that Shishir did not cancel on us despite the heavy rains that lasted for more that 24 hrs the day before. Most of our guests and the make up artist got stuck in the rain and weren't able to make it to the wedding. But Shishir and his team came on time to capture the wedding with smiling faces. Usually our family is used to the traditional horde of local photographers with their blinding flashing lights and their incessant dry instructions disrupting ceremonies. Despite the disruptive and almost plastic effect of such traditional photographers, traditionally families tend to stick with it, not wanting to welcome in the new. When we chose Shishir Ramnath and his team, elder members of the family did not understand the theme or the reason why we would choose a team from a different city, or even such young photographers. However, at the end of the events they managed to make an impression upon the archaic priests that were admirable of yhe minimal fuss, disruption and most importantly gentile conduct of the team. As they said, they conducted business like they almost did not exist, allowing the ceremonies to be conducted in peace and allowing family members to be not be on guard on stage at all times. Further, the team was accommodative to changes on site which, were not agreed before without much fuss or drama. Their photos captured the true sentiment, and feeling behind the marriage rather than solely capturing the memory for the sake of capturing memories. After all, we get our photographers clicked to take a trip down to be nostalgic about how we felt at that moment and not just we looked. In addition, they did get along with friends and family, making them part of our memories of the day.

I have known Shishir from school, and when we knew his dates were free we had to book him. Always loved looking at his photos on social media platforms and on his website and I wanted to have a set of photos like them for my special day. We met him prior to our engagement and discussed how we wanted our photos to look like, and when the D day came, we had our photos taken in a way that never required us to do anything from the normal. Small, close-to-the-heart moments were captured so perfectly and it has become our timeless memory. We were not forced to pose in a certain way as I am someone who does not like staged photos, and that was when I realized Shishir is someone who has a very flexible style of working.
