The most pathetic brand ever. The shoe quality is the worst and their customer care is terrible. I was in touch with founder for an exchange of my sandals and she initially appeared to be very sweet and cooperative but it was all fake. They had no intention to ship my shoes and kept delaying the same saying there is ahortage of staff and later their excuse was that the size was not available. But it has been 20 days and still my money is stuck with them because they would neither return nor refund the ahors. It was my worst inline shopping experience.
