I chosed shuttertime based on the reviews and instagram pictures i saw on internet. I really had lot of expectation from them. Good points: they reached venue on time They were good in suggesting poses They were patient enough to stay late They tried to capture good shots Bad points: they delivered they video late They were not good in editing the video, i had to suggest good songs to them They did not capture the important movements properly I had lots of expectations from them as they are awarded photographers but the result was not upto the mark.

Be aware before contacting them. Once you contact them they will be after you. If you decide not to go with them, they will spam you from different numbers and call you fake and will be wasting a lot of your time. Their staffs are not friendly.

I booked ShutterTime less than a month before m wedding and amidst the peak marriage season luckily they had slots available for those two days in the budget I had estimated. I am glad I did. I found them here on WedMeGood and thank them for it. Looking for a photographer outside your of base location can be difficult but they were a good bunch of boys professional at their work. What I liked about them: - Their modern take and not cliched version of the marriage video, good song selection and editing - Good quality photos - Advise you on the angles and poses especially or people like me who arent good with it Room for improvement: - Felt that my immediate family was not covered and I did not have photos with them. Important that either they ask the family beforehand whom to focus or you tell them especially in the chaos - A video story with family members which somehow didn't materialize Overall made my wedding memorable and the photos fun forever.

We got to know about ShutterTime from a reference. The team had beautifully captured all the events related to our wedding. We loved the photos and videos quality. The best part was the wedding teaser which they created. It was exactly how we wished to be. The only thing they need to improve on is their delivery time. This guy is a total fraud and a thief. He ran away with our money and never delivered our pictures. He's rude and a terrible professional. He will come on your big day, click pictures, and then just run away, and never deliver the work. All his reviews are paid or fake as he asks for a review just days after your wedding and then just runs away. If you ask him for status, he gives very crude replies and has absolutely no manners. These vendors should ideally be banned. My sister's wedding was 2 years ago and we never go the photo album after paying full. This thief just ran away with our money and because of covid we could never chase him personally. Beware!

Please do a research before you work with this guy. He is a cheat and wouldnt deliver the work on time, once he gets your money. Just make sure you get an invoice, and written copy, so that you can drag him to the court. These auspicious moments arrive but once in everyones lifetime. Dont let this guy screw this. Extremely passionate and dedicated. I call their photography gimmick free, artistic, precisely captured real emotions and classic images that do not look dated with time. Even their treatment to images is very minimal and enhancing, so everyone in the pictures looked like real people not like plastic models. We thank the whole team for their effort and dedication.

ShutterTime and the owner are extremely unprofessional and I wish there was an option to give negative rating because they do not deserve 0.5 stars as well. These people are extremely unprofessional and they haven't given our photo book for 1.5 years now after multiple followup and taking 80,000 rupees from us. When we call them back, they'll usually not pick calls or keep giving us one excuse or the other. My wedding was in orissa and I'm from Delhi so I haven't been able to physically go to there store so they have been taking advantage of us. They did share a 3 min video initially and immediately asked to write a good recuew for them, probably that's how they collected all other good reviews. We are so tired following up with them and are so angry because we have been waiting for a year and a half now to get our photo book. The guy Sourav is added on my Instagram and whatsapp and he posts stories on a daily, rather hourly, basis but has no time and is full of excuses to do any work. These people are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT hire them.I have screenshots of all my chats and recordings of my call with Sourav which I'm not adding in my packet in a consumer court complaint against them. Save yourself and do NOT hire them. I got married in Jan 2020 and i am attaching sxreebshot of my latest chat with him where he didn't bother to reply and next moment I saw a story on whatsapp by him. Absolutely unprofessional cheats these people are. Notice in screenshot how this guy doesn't bother to reply and always keeps saying he'll get it done. It's been 1 year 6 months! And he's not able to do it.

A professional team with great attitude and amazing photography skills. They are innovative and their equipments are great. The photo quality was great but some of his deliverables are not upto mark. This is what dissapointed us. The marriage video which he has shared was not upto mark and we did not get the desired edited photos tough we have shared the image number as per his request. It happened during a pandemic with a lot of restrictions. So in order to keep some good moments we have selected Shuttertime with a lot of hope and expectations but we are slightly dissapointed with the deliverables.

I must say it is a friendly and professional team. Though Mr Sourav was been booked for my wedding from the day he had started his photography passion but he kept my trust. Finally when I received my photobook it didn't give any essence the time I was married. Nobody can say that those pics were clicked 4 days after the Fani cyclone when there was still the problem for electricity and water. It is beautiful to that level. The experience overall was nice. The main photographer was very very good and was very professional at his work and his captures were splendid. But the other was amateur and was not able to click good pics so that deducts the points. Editing needed improvements cause few pics were originally beautiful than the edited once. But I got what I was expecting but yes with few improvements which they were friendly to accept. Yes a good photographer to rely now that they have grown with experience.
