Extremely Disappointed with Shyam Narayan Prasad's Designer Outfit Rating: 1/5 stars I'm extremely disheartened with my recent purchase from Shyam Narayan Prasad, a designer whose work I thought I could trust. Despite paying a staggering ₹62,000, the product I received was shockingly subpar. The delivery was inexcusably late, arriving on December 2 despite my request for delivery by November 13. Multiple follow-ups with the sales person and customer care team were met with indifference, leaving me frustrated and helpless. But the real disappointment was the outfit itself. The embroidery was unfinished, with threads coming loose everywhere. The fabric was of poor quality, and there were holes in the garment. It's appalling that a product costing ₹62,000 could be so shoddily made. To add insult to injury, I was promised 1 meter of fabric for the blouse, but received only 75cm. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially from a reputed designer. As a customer, it's disheartening to experience such poor service and quality. I'm now under immense stress, struggling to find an alternative outfit for my upcoming function. This purchase has been a total waste of money. Unless Shyam Narayan Prasad's team seriously revamps their quality control and customer service, I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
