Srikanta Photography

Here I would like to share my experience with this vendor (Srikanta) Very unprofessional guy.. unprofessional attitude towards the customer. once the payment is done he stops responding to your messages and calls. you have literally kept trying to reach him throughout the day only then he will respond 1 liner. Quality of work - photography was done nicely by another guy ( not Srikanta )who was really good at his work. however when it came to providing the final copies he took a longer time, kept giving us dates to share the final copies. As he took so long time our expectation was he will really do some great work. He disappointed us he just added 1 filter to the raw pics and sent them back to us and many pics were not even touched. when we tried to reach out to him for discussion but he never received a call or never shared his location as well. Later in his demand we will re check the pics that were not done and send him back for editing, technically it's his job to do all this but he never did and never responded again. overall a very bad experience with this vendor. giving 2 Stars just for the work done by the other guy who actually clicked the pics who was very sincere at his work.
