Definitely overrated. The candid photographers are good but the traditional team are freelancers. Post production is really bad and they take so much of time to deliver photos and videos. Don't get fooled by their instagram posts, those photos are edited just to entice the customers. I would never suggest them to anyone. They don't monitor their feedback escalation form and CEO doesn't check his email.

Over rated. Unprofessional. While the photography is good, management is poor. Due to bad management, most memorable moments were not captured.

An above average experience with studio31. Really good candidate photography and outdoor shoot experience. poor traditional photographer who was talking over phone during our entire reception and we had to ask him to focus on taking photos. Looks like album was outsourced to ameteurs. disappointed with the album output. Anyone seeking their service keep this in mind before choosing Definitely overrated for the price they offer

I just loved the album design and photo editing, it was awesome and the albums are worth the money. Unlike other marriage works, I haven’t spent much time with my photography. I just stepped into their office only once to collect my album hard copy and video soft copy, other than that everything was handled in a professional way through online from photo selection to album design. Apart from everything I really want to appreciate their customer relationship executive. She was very responsive and was replying me immediately even on non-working hours. Oh my God!Such a pathetic anti customer studio. We made the mistake of reaching out to these guys based on the fake and biased reviews seen on many of these sites. For one, these guys dont take your calls or feedback on weekends or customer specific time. I had to take time off work to air my views. Secondly they dont use popular tools or platform to share the content. Thirdly coming to the quality of the work itself, sad to the least. Their definition of candid photography is taking pictures and videos from a different angle compared to the traditional photographer. And the traditional photographer is no better than regular photo studio guy who makes you stand in attention and capture the pics. Creativity is non existent. I can accept all the the other rubbish provided they give a platform to take feedback. Instead they insist of calling you on weekdays during peak work hours or asking us to install non verified messaging apps. Disappointed to the core. Money wasted. Update:Abruptly terminated contract for writing a bad review. We are taking legal route for cheating.

Hi, I got married in 2020. One thing I would mainly like to specify is that during a wedding, when everybody who is part of the wedding is under a lot of stress because they have to constantly keep an eye on everything that is happening at the wedding and there are a lot of things for the family to do other than just think about how to pose for the pictures and how to look good in them, we don't have all that in our mind when we are at our wedding. We are almost always very preoccupied and stressed. But, when the Team of Studio 31 came for the wedding and when they entered the hall, it never felt like we had another guest to take care of. We dint also have to stress too much about having to tell them who you have to focus on. They just came, they collected the list of people whom we wanted them to focus mainly on amongst our relatives, and after that, everything was taken care of solely by them. There was no point after that where they came to us and asked questions like 'Is this okay?', 'Are these people the ones you mentioned about?', 'Is this pose okay?', nothing. It was as though they came in and got involved and almost became a part of the family and they understand the emotions running around in the family and tackled it all so smoothly. Not only that, but they captured all of those emotions going around from one event to the other and it was just raw. The entire point of us bringing in wedding photographers is to mainly get those raw and natural feelings captured at their roots and to be able to feel the exact same emotions ten years later when we look back at them and that is exactly what Studio 31 provided me with. When they gave out the candid photos and videos, everything was so beautifully captured and felt so memorable seeing them. There was such a professional touch to the photos and the way that the Photographers and the Editors thought of the photos and processed them and the whole process they follow overall was so smooth and I received all my deliverables on time, it made me feel like we were all a part of a very professional and creative entity. Studio 31 entirely lives up to all the features that they promise and I came out of the entire wedding as a very Happy Customer! Hi , we received our marriage and reception traditional video by which we were very disappointed, there is no pixel clarity , poor editing and lot of motion disturbance. Especially flow and continuity of shots is missing . It would be better if we hired local photographers and used mobile camera instead of hiring Studio31 videographers. Our expectations are not met .It would be better if you they took a look at the traditional video quality before sending it us. In the end we regret and can’t get back our marriage moments in our life . We expected same kind of quality as photos for videos . The photographers also lack creative thinking . It’s a total waste of money .

When you are looking for a wedding photographer, you look for the best because it is on them to capture the most precious memories of your life which will last a lifetime. I think we were not that lucky in that department. We thought that by picking studio 31 were making the right decision but they were average as most of the photos did not turn out to be that great and the pricing for everything by them was too high as well.

Horrible experience! Studio 31 - Soulful Wedding Photography & Films This firm consists of bunch of unprofessional photographers from Chennai. We hired them for my wedding for approximate cost of 1.7 L. They have long clause and strict deadlines about the payments, and many rules which you are expected to abide. However, they will not adhere to their own policies.They will not deliver within the time frame mentioned by them, even if you abide to each and every rule and make payment well in advance. Customer service can't be mentioned as satisfactory or non satisfactory, it's non existent! They will not make any effort to provide you and update regarding the progress of the work, or delivery of the decided items. It is on to the customer to beg and plead and follow up daily to get an update! They speak of severe actions and penalty for not sticking to deadline during payment, but are blind and give no bloody damn about it when they have to do it. The payments isn't split as advance and post delivery, it is complete payment upfront with no collateral provided other than a mail confirmation of it . ( They ridicule their own mail by not adhering to it) One will be fortunate if the team pick your calls, because it never happens, even if it does.. it's of little help. The page they have on Facebook has no option of review. Pretty obvious that they'll run out of business if they keep the option because they would have plenty of similar reviews of their incompetence and consistency in delivering of substandard albums and frames, which will make your pockets and you bleed! The funniest part is that, they believe in promoting frames with no cover glass. They seem to miss the point of picture fading away, or maybe they simply don't care! The only good thing I can think of are the snaps of the moments. Regardless of how good they are(only the digital copies, the print isn't good quality), the overall experience matters more than good looking pictures! The constant disappointment leads to bitter experience and hence results in such dissatisfaction. Despite of a mail denoting displeasure with their work, the fact that there is no response to it from the team shows as to how much they care for customer satisfaction! The only reply one will ever get is,"We will look into it ". Then again the next update is obtained only when you make the call again! This isn't an outburst against the firm or team, it is a heads up to anyone who is planning to hire them for their special occasion. If I had a option to give 0, I would gladly give it. I have had the most butter experience with Studio 31 like no other! I am very sure that it isn't one odd case and many would have undergone what I went through. The team is not punctual, they don't stick to any deadlines, they don't respond back to any of the calls, mails and messages. Even after charging a high price, they deliver substandard albums and frames. They have uploaded their FB page onky with good edited pictures, for some of us, the old school photo album weighs more and we expect good work on it. But there isn't even decent work. The frames are broken, they don't have a glass, the photo print is dull. Everything about the post wedding delivery has been and eye sore! It's just pathetic and painful to go through all of this despite paying a price for it! Don't waste your precious time and money with this bunch. The digital copies will be good...but the album and frames are going to be in horrible condition!

As we expected,we ended up with good photographs of the wedding. What we liked the most was their wedding album. At the outset, I must thank Studio 31 for making the most special day in our lives even more special. In addition to being very friendly and affable, their photographers also understand the dynamics of the wedding and take photographs without interfering with the religious ceremonies. Their live streaming and candid photography was top notch and I am spending everyday showing off my new profile pictures to my friends. They also provided us with a complimentary Post Wedding Outdoor photoshoot which was very professional and brilliant! My only request to Studio 31 is not to take 3 weeks after the marriage for sending the photos and at least send a sample set of 50 photos within a couple of days for us to flaunt :) I strongly recommend Studio 31 to all of you and wish them all success!
