We had a terrible experience with Studio Snapster. It’s been 17 months to our our wedding but we still waiting on the wedding videos. The photographs from the wedding were ok, nothing out of this world. The videos were horrible with horrible songs probably from the 70s (never heard). On checking with Mukesh about the videos he has no idea what was in them. The photographers were provided with rooms at the venue but they missed most of the ceremonies/ functions. They were absent or late to almost everything. The wedding trailer was well below our expectation and we had to request changes until a point where we could tell they didn’t have a footage to get a decent 5 min trailer to our wedding. This is despite having multiple conversations before the wedding of what we like!! They lack basic photography and video filming skills, so my suggestion would be to get someone who are professional. Studio snapster are good businessman but unfortunately not good photographers.
