I don't understand why WedMeGood still has this profile listed. I'm writing this review in the hope of helping anyone thinking of booking them looking at the 4+ stars. The original people who garnered all these good reviews are not working for Studio W anymore. My wedding in Feb 2020 was covered by the original Studio W party (Hari and co.) who did a decent job. But right after my wedding they have left Studio W (atleast that's what I was told). Then came Parth Narang who took over the Studio W operations and was responsible for delivering our photos and videos. He is the most unprofessional person I had to deal with. He has no shame in asking for money without even delivering what was supposed to be delivered before the final payment. He mentioned Studio W went out of business during Covid and he is making sure all the customers are getting what they are supposed to. We understood and had no problem in waiting. All we wanted was them to keep us posted of the progress but he or anyone from their team never responded properly to our messages or calls. In the end they completely stopped responding without delivering our wedding videos, hard disk of all the content or albums. I even contacted WedMeGood, even they didn't respond. Having no other option I registered a complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. Parth who didn't respond for months together called within a week of filing complaint and apologized for his behavior. He mentioned they can't deliver the album and said we need not pay the amount mentioned for album. We wanted all the raw content atleast so that we can get the albums made from others. Before sending the hard disk with all the content he asked for the final payment again. Given the way he was responding we said we will make the payment after verifying the contents in the hard disk. Finally we received our hard disk almost one year after the wedding. But the traditional video was missing in the hard disk. When asked about it, as expected there was no response, till date. It isn't about the money, it's about the most important day in your life. TLDR; Do not book Studio W unless you want the once in a lifetime event to be messed up. Booking them is the most regrettable decision I have made till now.

Can I give a 0 star, please? Except 2 folks in this team, all the people starting from photographers to coordinators to delivery team - are extremely unprofessional. There are no pictures of any venue decor, which my parents really wanted to have. They just dint seem motivated, maybe too overburdened with back to back weddings. If you are talking to Parth, just make sure you dont go ahead in finalIzing them for your wedding. I dont want anyone else to feel like how I am feeling about spoiling my wedding pictures.

They delivered beautiful pictures and videos but took ages to deliver everything. Unfortunately, the relationship turned extremely sour especially since the management changed. Not one deadline was met and there were multiple follow-ups that had to be made. I live in another country and coordinating all the way from here was not an easy task. I finally had to get them to process a refund because there has been zero accountability or initiative to get things done from their end. If you will be booking your photography with this agency, do not do it if someone called Parth is handling the operations. It is that simple.

My choice for a wedding photographer was extremely research intensive and I narrowed down on Studio W (Hari Photography) because their portfolio struck with the kind of photos I wanted from my wedding day. While their services prior and on the day of the events were good, our experience turned sour with how events unfolded post the wedding. They lost a major chunk of our wedding videos and photos (traditional photos from all events and videos from the wedding day). A hard disc crash. I don't have a single picture with my family and friends from the wedding day. Heck, I don't even have a video of us exchanging our vows. While there is no doubting the quality of the work, such an episode leaves you questioning and regretting your choice of vendor. One can say it's plain bad luck but then what is the point of hiring a professional photographer if this is going to be the output, if immediate and multiple backups aren't maintained. It is nothing short of a nightmare for me and my family and very frankly it hurts to see them posting and raving about other marriages that they've shot, when they've made a major mess of mine . We've even asked for the hard disc so that we could send it for data retrieval at our own expense. No response to that from their side. For them it's plain old business, for me it was my once in a lifetime event.

Choosing Studio W over and above other photographers was the first decision i made towards my wedding planning, it turned out to be the right one. If you want someone who can look into your expectations, take care of your choices and dont make you feel awkward with random wedding poses then these are the guys for you. I dont have a single so called wedding pose picture and I am so happy. They are the best in town to have candid shots and unexpected yet amazing video twists. Thank you guys for doing all that you did..little bumps but we sailed quite a ride.

Studio W covered our Engagement day. The team was on time and did the survey of the place before hand. The photos were phenomenal and captured our beautiful moments. We felt the video could have been better so we had the team re-edit. They took our feedback and edited the video 2 times. The outcome was pretty good and we loved the outcome.

We had a great experience working with Studio W. We asked them to cover our reception event in Kolkata, and they were incredibly professional in their work, right from beginning to end. They delivered really beautiful photos of the event, and even video. They stayed on even after the venue was starting to close up, just to capture moments of us as a newly married couple - Studio W did a great job of capturing our memories. Would certainly recommend them would a doubt!

Things end but memories last forever.. So it is crucial to have someone who you can trust to capture those memories for you. After searching for a month I found Studio W which is delhi based and my wedding was in chandigarh,It was an hassle free co-ordination by the team, as they were on time or even early and no follow up was required.. Best part even when I asked them to not come for the early morning ceremony as it was to be very quicky, they were still there 😍 All members of the team were so energetic and gave their 200% on each and every shot, even when there was a time crunch. It was real fun and pleasure working with all the members.Also I have to mention that with the way my wedding went with all the mess, I wasn't sure about the outcome.But it was beautiful ,I really loved all the pictures and videos. There's a lot of learning in getting married. Probably the most important is that it's easier to get married than finding the right people to capture those beautiful moments. But we hit the jackpot with Studio W. If you're getting married and need someone professional, quick and knowledgeable, Studio W is the place to go. We're thankful to Ram, Bittu and the entire team for making everything so seamless and smooth. They were very quick and professional with their work and delivered the albums and videos right on time. Everything was beautifully curated and conceptualized and just couldn't get any better. Studio W has done an incredible job and they have an amazing team. We requested Hari to manage our wedding as we had read some really great reviews about him. And he did a fabulous job. Always the first ones to arrive and staying until the very end ( the bidaai happened at 6 in the morning). His team befriended everyone at the wedding, my friends, close family. He makes you feel really comfortable, listens to you and tries to understand what you like and want ( and thus we insisted on having Hari direct the team at my wedding). Even before the wedding he asked me to send pictures so he could understand what we were looking for. He also guided us about the kind of lighting that is required at the venue. And of course he's brilliant with the camera. They managed to capture some really nice candid pictures. Another great thing about Hari is that he takes feedback very seriously. I remember meeting him to discuss a few issues and he ensured that we were satisfied at the end. And the teaser video was like the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved it. Thank you so much guys! You captured our wedding perfectly! PS - My friends are already considering booking you for their wedding!!!

I had hired Studio W for photos and videos at my engagement. The team sent was good and the photos that came were also of good quality however they needed to work more on the candid pictures. Also the video was not up to the mark with poor song selection and cuts at wrong places. Although they tried to correct it later but it was not very helpful.

Studio W was extremely friendly and professional. It was a joy to work with them. We were very happy with how things turned out. It was beautiful and we got tonnes of compliments for their work. They are very creative and disciplined. The quality of their work was very satisfying!!

we booked all of functions vidoe and photo , team was very good , interacted with the guests , hari makes you feel comfortable , right moments taken from team , family was very happy with photos , fleible with timings as well , delivery was on time as well.

We had Studio W cover our wedding in Agra. We were ecstatic when we saw how beautiful and candid the pictures had come out. The team is really good at capturing fleeting moments and real emotions. The photos were delivered well before the promised time. Highly recommended !!

I had Studio W by Hari for my engagement ceremony on April 21st, 2019 which was a small gathering of 80 people and our photographer was Aryan from Studio W. After going through the entire dump we had a few concerns that we shared with Hari and Aprajita. They just did not accept our feedback and were rather aggressive and unapologetic in their behavior and were defending the mistakes made by the photographer. Some of my complaints to them are listed below: 1. The photographer missed taking pictures of our personalized decor even after I personally instructed him before the event began. 2. His photo-shoot of the tray that had our rings was extremely disappointing as he just failed to capture a shot of the tray getting all the elements correctly. 3. He completely missed taking individual candid pictures of close family members like parents, siblings of both me and my fiance. This happened after they asked us to send family pictures from both bride and groom side. 4. So many times we saw the photographer just standing and looking at us. Even when we had our couple dance, we had to spoil out moment and signal him to grab his attention. My experience was really bad with Studio W and would just recommend being extremely careful and mindful going forward.

Seizeing and capturing the most enticing moments in a frame is the best part of the job of a wedding photographer, Hari and his team were like a genie from a lamp. Though our wedding ceremony was of just few hours including the reception and limited guests they did a great job of what they do the best by capturing the fun filled moments of the wedding with lots of patience. Capturing the most precious moments in a frame is the toughest job. There are higher chances to make a wrong choice and ruin bunch of good and lovely memories. But me and my fiance Suchet are super lucky to have "Studio W" with us as our saviour. They gave us extremely good pictures of our engagement ceremony as well as our pre-wedding shoot. Before our pre-wedding shoot we both were really worried as honestly we are not one of those good posers which we used to see on internet.But the way Hari from Studio W team made us comfortable and his ability to capture the moments so beautifully and simply perfect is very much appreciated. I booked a full wedding photography deal with Studio W. This includes my engagement, pre-wedding, wedding, and reception. Shortlisting suitable vendors was a nightmare, but luckily I was introduced to their chief, Hari, through a family member and I am so glad his reference was shared with me. Working with the Studio W team has been a breeze. They are very professional in their dealings and never over promise and under deliver. Out of the 4 wedding functions, we are done with 2, and I am so glad we went ahead with Studio W. The most striking features of their work/working style are- 1. Prompt in response: Studio W was highly prompt in responding to my emails and phone. 2. Attitude: Hari from Studio W is a very friendly guy and highly excels in customer service. 3. Getting the desired output: Hari gauges his audience and knows what would work for the concerned function and involved audience. He's an extremely good listener. He gives you time to express what you wish to get captured. Once explained, he'd work on your brief and would come up with his take on getting the event covered. 4. Customization: We always hate when we pay for services and are made to go through set templates. This team never sets any templates. Their only advice is, please feel free and enjoy the function. We'll make sure you recollect all the good memories from our pictures. 5. Delivery of end output: Their excellent service involves the last mile as well. I have received final, full edited pics from two functions at an alarming quick pace. I thought when they did it for the first time, it must be to impress me. However, this attribute was repeated twice and I am sure this is their inherent behavior. All in all, please leverage Studio W for your wedding and other photography needs. They will make sure you cherish spending money on their services :)
