I was planning my wedding from United States and as such I had to buy my lehenga online and could only see it in person 10 days before the wedding. I was very happy with the excellent craftsmanship of Sudhir bhai and team. I worked with Sudhir Bhai and I want to call out Hanaut especially who constantly updated me with the status of the lehenga. They even went out of their way and helped me by sending me a video of how to take measurement as I had to send that remotely as well. The lehenga fit perfectly well and looked like a dream. I ended up buying both my bridal lehengas, engagement gown, and all the suits and sarees for trousseau from sudhir bhai. Later when the trial came i met with an accident but couldn’t go there for trial but i was amazed to see how helpful they all were. Where do I start from 🙈 I saw my dream outfit on a google picture reference. Then I started to follow Parul Ji the hair & makeup artist in India. I use to see where the brides use to buy their clothes from. I saw Sudhirbhai tagged in most of the pictures. But less did I know I already followed Sudhirbhai on Instagram page. Then I contacted them on WhatsApp. I got in contact with Hanut Bhaiya. I exactly knew what I wanted but he still showed me few pieces on video calls. I’m from New Zealand I ordered my wedding lengha from sudhirbhai sari wala. I spoke to a few different bridal stores across India however nothing really worked out. Sitting 1000s of km away it was difficult to find someone who I could trust and rely for my wedding outfit. The team at sudhirbhai made things very easy for me. I facetimed them to find the design I liked. From there they sent me colour swatches to New Zealand to have a look at the fabric and colour in person. With their experience with lenghas on a day to day basis, they helped me pick a colour and coordinate my custom made lengha with the sherwani. Months of communication to ensure things were on track and if any changes needed to be made and constant updates on which stage the lengha was at, I finally received and my lengha and it was beyond what I expected. I couldn’t have asked anything better. A special Thank you to Hanut, Sahil for being so friendly and great communicators. I’m very thankful for you guys for making this process so easy and enjoyable for me over the pandemic. You can also customize your lehenga by mixing different patterns. The one thing they always ensure is to provide exactly the same colour of lehenga as you had booked. You'll get a swatch of the fabric and estimated delivery date on the bill. They take a token deposit at the time of billing. Delivery: You text/ call them around your expected delivery date and confirm the delivery. They'll home deliver the piece packaged beautifully (if you ask them to). The delivery person is a store employee. You make a payment to him. Upon opening, you'll see that the craftsmanship is even better than what you had ever expected! Alteration: Just in case the length or the width requires altering, take the piece to the store. They'll alter it and deliver it in a day or two, at your doorstep. Be mindful of the length initially. The piece tends to be a little longer because you have a lot of tulles underneath to flare the lehenga up. Overall experience: Excellent! Pathetic service once you paid. Design is good but quite expensive. My blouse was loose from my waist and when I told them about that they started convening me like it should b loose n all instead of fixing it. My dress was for 50k n its inner fabric was cheapest looking fabric ...when I told them about it and ask them to replace it then they told that the fabric u r talking about is of 900 rs meter so we can't use that much expensive fabric. Fabric n stichting Quality is very poor .

Average experience. I am from outside Delhi so I had actually traveled for my wedding outfit. I chose the lehnga at Sudhir bhai and was really happy with my decision. However, I was a little skeptical with the measurements, even while the tailor was taking them. They had some discussions amongst themselves and finalised the measurements. After almost a month or so I traveled again to pick up the outfit and tried it on. To my disappointment, the fit wasn’t proper; lehnga was longer in length than I expected and also really loose at the waist. I had to rush back so couldn’t have waited for the alterations. I really don’t know what did the tailors do for it to be of not my fit. Anyway, somehow made it work on the wedding. Overall, not the best decision I made with Sudhir Bhai.

They spent two-days with us and didn’t lose their patience once( I am not the easiest person to convince). WORST EXPERIENCE! Rather than spending money in publicity only if they focused on after sale service and customer satisfaction it would be better. Made the wrong lehenga, delivery was already running 24 days late, and then i get to see they messed up everything with my bridal outfit. It was not even possible to make a new one in such a short span of time. I felt helpless and they ruined my entire wedding shopping experience. Had to settle in for a used sample pc from their store. Very bad, they shouldn’t do this kind of cheap work with brides to be whose main event is their wedding. Literally made me cry!

He doesn’t oversell or rip you off- which is such a fear for NRIs. He listens to what you’re looking for and won’t stop until you’re feeling like a bride. I even updated my Spotify playlist. **BRIDES ** if you want bang for your buck, amazing customer service even after you leave India, constant updates on your outfit progress, timeliness in response rate, quality and respectful service... It was a very pleasant and worry free experience getting my bridal lehnga from Sudhir Bhai Saree Wale. With the very less time in hand, i still had a lot of options to choose from. The color, dupatta length was customized as i wanted. I had to request for an early delivery of my blouse and the best part was on within 5 days of request they gave the blouse two weeks earlier than the delivery date.
