Suhana Art and Jewels: Kirti was the one who helped me find the perfect bridal jewelry. It was super hard to find bridal jewelry as my outfit was in silver stone work. I did not want and gold jewelry. After a lot of long hours on the phone, we found the perfect pieces. We had to do everything through pictures as she was based in New Delhi. I've dealt with a lot of vendors during my wedding preparations and I can safely say that suhana was the worst. I bought my reception jewellery from them and Ratika is the person that I dealt with. I ordered from their store in person in July, for my wedding in November, yes that much in advance. And they couriered it to me in the first week of October after telling me it would be shipped in ten days. It was a simple AD necklace set. And I had to follow up multiple times with Ratika who doesn't respond to whatsapp messages at all. Now when I received the set, parts of it were broken and the bangles were incorrect size. I went back to their store when I was visiting Delhi again to get it fixed and Ratika said it would be done in 5-6 days. But guess what, it's been 15days since, and Ratika has stopped responding to my messages. I have had to purchase extra accessories to go with my outfit. My problem with Ratika is not the constant delays and failure to deliver on time, it's the unresponsive attitude - if there are delays from your karigars, please let me know I can understand that. What I don't understand is how many times do I need to follow up with you for a simple set? I have given her this feedback as well, and all I heard was excuses. Please be a little professional, you cannot survive with just your social media presence, at the end of the day, real customers matter too. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and wouldn't be recommending them to anyone.

I got some of my wedding jewellery from here. They have such a great collection of jewels. Apart from the collection they have, they also customise the jewellery according to your needs and they do a fab job with it. Loved shopping from here. Recommended.

For every bride who wants to customize things can hands down go to Suhana Arts & Jewels in Shahpur Jat and show the instagram picture. They will exactly create what you were looking for. I also found the price reasonable as compared to the other vendors. I just wish they had more variety to choose from in the store. Got my kaleraas, rings & Nath made from there to match my real jewels <3

The jewellery selection they have is pretty good. Only the prices are a little too steep. Make sure you give them atleast 2 weeks for jewellery on customised orders.

my jewellery was mainly from Suhana Art and Jewels. I've worked with her before and she gets me. I tell her what I want and she makes it. She is lovely to work with and her quality is amazing. All my stones are real, all of the metal is silver coated in gold. It's so worth it!

I have been going to Ratika ( owner of Suhana arts and jewels ) since three years now and there hasn't been even once that I dint find something of my like with her. I always go to buy something and end up getting 3 extras with me. Her store is full of all things nice and pretty that one needs and on top of that she is more than happy to customise designs as per the needs.
