A very bad experience this weekend while I visited the store in Shivajinagar with my family. No respect for the visitors and no enthusiasm shown in taking me through the various options...guys, if you can't respect your customers, how can you survive in this industry? or increase the market share? have never experienced this ever.

Lady named Dhanya Pandya sits at the store with her husband. She literally blackmails and harasses those customers who leaves the store without buying stuff. She very cunningly takes customers mobile numbers and starts giving blank calls and send abusive messages over the phone if that customer leaves the store without buying anything. Terrible Terrible experience, the rudest staff I have ever met. They just want to cheat people and will stoop to any level to make their money.
