I'm not that satisfied for hiring Gitanjali for my wedding makeover, no doubt she is really soft spoken and a genuine artist, but I faced some issues with the draping of my dupatta, it didn't turn out well and it was pretty much evident in all my bridal pictures. Also, the maleup didn't look that smooth and great when I received my wedding pictures! The makeup was a bit cakey and there were some white casts as well. I wish I could look flawless after paying such a good price to her. Nonetheless, if you discuss these things in advance with her then you won't face any issues like I did!!

Hello beautiful brides, in and around Chandigarh looking for the right makeup artists for their big day! Let me make your task of selecting the best makeup artist easier, by sharing with you all my experience with Hines.. So I stay in Bangalore and I finalised Hines over phone through my online research. Personally, I am a no-makeup girl or say someone who would put ONLY kajal even on dates because I like a very natural look. Hence, I was really skeptical if Hines would understand my requirements and would stand upto my expectations because I am a big NO-NO to cake makeups. But trust me girls, I have had the most amazing experience of my life..and I am glad I chose Hines over other famous names in Chandigarh. I had booked them for all 3 events,ie, Sangeet, Engagement and Wedding. You wouldn't believe me if I tell you that I made them change my hairstyle on all the 3 days which meant double effort for them. I am emphasizing this even more because you have no idea, how long my hair is and yes, they did change my hairstyle on all the 3 days(which had the potential of changing my entire look). However, not once did they crib about this or made a fuss and they made sure they left the venue only when I was completely happy and confident about my looks. Coming to makeup, I had been telling them repeatedly over our watsapp conversations for the past 3~4 months that I wanted very light makeup..and on all my events, they made sure my makeup was very light and simple yet very very elegant. One advantage with Hines is that they travel to the venue which is a big relief to the brides. Also they are quite fun to be around and made sure the environment was always light and happy and jolly which is very important for any bride, given the stress and anxiety she is going through during that phase(atleast for me I can say I was super stressed and nervous). I would always watsapp them every now and then before wedding given I was really tensed about makeup artist amongst other things(related to the wedding) and wanted to make sure nothing goes wrong and I would always get a very warm and positive response from them which gave me a very good feeling. And ofcourse, they are quite affordable given that budgets are an important issue with everyone when you are getting married. And yes before I forget to mention this very important point, let me tell you, they were very punctual and reached the venue before time on all days(given I am a super puntual person, this aspect was very importnat for me) and we had enough time and I would always get ready well in advance for all 3 events. A big thanks to The Hines. I got so many compliments for my makeup. You guys are amazing and I know this would sound exaggerated but yes you made lifetime memories for me on my big day and I am looking forward to meet you again once I am in chandigarh. hi guys,here is my review- till few days back i havent heard about the hines. my mom went to a wedding and when she came back she asked me to switch my makeup from cle...ra to the hines. i was taking pre bridal from cle..ra and honestly i wasn't happy at all so i switched to the hines for my makeup and luckily they have a slot available. About their approach- punctuality,patience,perfection- due to a technical glitch i made them wait for 3 hours,but even after sitting idle for 3 hours they didn't complain. their punctuality was superb. about makeup- Impressive,impeccable ,improvise- hines guys knows how to give you an impeccable look by improvised a bit. every1 appreciated my look and i was myself over the moon. Since I got my bridal and engagement makeup done from Hine's, it got so special to me... The kinda makeup they did for my special days ..like whtever I wanted they did the smae way n their super good advice just added cherry to my cake...I luv u guys for the same ...I had to look special elegant so as awesome on my wedding which guys made me look ...
