I tried to research a lot of cakery for my wedding cake and found 'The Pink Truck'name and logo very catchy. I immediately texted Riya and everything was magic after that. She understood the idea I had in my head for my wedding and executed it way better than my imagination. The cake looked sooooo BEAUTIFUL and tasted even better. Every small detail, every color combination matched our theme perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anything better. After a good amount of research, I decided to hire The Pink Truck's services for my wedding cake. I was primarily looking at something which has a WOW factor, both in terms of looks as well and taste and they didn't disappoint at all! A beauty that I hated to cut into, but it definitely was something that was cherished by everyone who had a piece of it. Riya Malik did a wonderful job for my friend's engagement cake. The texture, finish and quality was all worth the money. I had shortlisted a design from pinterest and that's exactly how she made it, I think she even made it better. The best thing was she fulfilled my requirement of not using butter and eggs. After we placed the order the next interaction was when she personally placed the cake on the table on my big day. Her cakes have the perfect balance, they look gorgeous and taste even better. For my wife and I, finalizing on The Pink Truck and trusting Riya with our wedding cake was a no-brainer and an extremely simple and straightforward decision for multiple reasons: 1) I asked Riya to bake the cake for the after-party on the day I proposed and my wife still admits that the amazing Nutella cheesecake she made was as memorable as the proposal and the ring (Not sure how I feel about that though) 2) She is EXTREMELY talented and passionate about what she does and you can see that come through as soon as you have your first bite. 3) She is completely cognizant of how important your wedding day is for you and will make sure that the cake is the last thing you worry about by ensuring that it arrives on time and exceeds your expectations on every level. 4) She is also very flexible and will make sure you get what you want in terms of both presentation and taste, but a piece of advice to everyone reading this - give her an idea of the flavor and the theme BUT trust her talent and allow her to be creative because believe me when I say she never falters or disappoints. 5) You know you're getting your money's worth when you work with Riya. This girl does not cut corners or compromise when it comes to the quality of her cakes.
