We had a day wedding at Umaid Palace this Nov. We wanted to have a picture perfect wedding with minimalist decoration (not the typical wedding decor)and it was quite difficult for us to trust anyone who will make this happen. The wedding fort made this happen for us based on online pictures. We were just wowed after looking at the decor. The staff went a step ahead to help us with the last moment changes. We were a bit apprehensive because of our past experience with other event management companies and also after reading the reviews here. (Which we read a day before the function after everything was finalised ). But Karan & Sudhanshu ji and his team were very professional in their work. They understood our taste. Had given them the entire wedding to organise and decorate. Asked them to send flower jewellery on the mehendi day which never came because of poor communication. They miscommunicated with the flower vendor and instead of morning on the day of the wedding, got them delivered in the evening. Had next to zero decor displayed on the wedding day. They recommended a photographer (who’s contract is made under their company name) who I have been begging since 16th December (13th December was the wedding) to share with me all the videos of all events, and all albums. The contract said 3 months for everything but I don’t have anything. She’s shared videos with watermark, not shared one event. Haven’t come even once for finalising album photos. Would never recommend to anyone. Highly unprofessional behaviour.
