As a Srilankan Tamil from the UK, the idea of a destination wedding, especially that in Thailand sounded like nothing but impossible! I contacted Kavneet over a year ago and I knew from the first call that we were in safe hands. This was the first Srilankan Tamil Wedding TWG have done but both Kavneet & Ritika were so attentive and asked plenty of questions e.g the exact items needed for the special poojas we do, that it didn’t feel like it was! I would contact Kavneet & Ritika at ridiculous times and they would always be on the other side replying to my concerns and queries. It was always easy speaking to them and every conversation we had always left me feeling positive and at ease. We would have conversation from as minimal as the sizes of the havan kund available to the table formatting of our tradition tamil wedding lunch. Every minute detail was covered by Kavneet & Ritika and even items I didn’t think about or consider, they would bring to my attention to discuss. An example of how attentive Kavneet was, is that I was getting ready for a preshoot and I realised I had a team of makeup artists arrive at the airport with no pick up from the airport or no rooms to stay in for the night (yes, that was my fault.. I was a forgetful bride oops!) I gave Kavneet one call & within 3 minutes she messages me saying ‘all take care of Abi’. This is how easy she made it for me, I was stressing out on my makeup chair thinking how am I going to find a room last minute etc for these vendors (it was April half term holidays and all hotels were fully booked) and within minutes Kavneet had fixed my issue. This is a clear example of how amazing Kavneet is!!! Everyone in the UK asks me how I managed to pull off a dream destination wedding and the honest truth is.. I had an Iron Lady by my side, Kavneet. I would speak to Kavneet and tell her how worried/nervous I was about how it’ll work out and she always had a positive outlook which radiated onto me. When we shortlisted “The Wedding Galore” TWG, for our daughters after party in Thailand, we were apprehensive at first. But after talking to Anita we were sure we had chosen the right event planner. Right from the beginning she told us that she herself had daughters the same age and assured us that she would take full responsibility. It was great working with Kavneet, Anita and the rest of The Wedding Galore team to make our special day truly memorable! Planning a destination wedding remotely isn't the easiest but having them on board made it doable. Kavneet and Anita make a great team, they have their respective areas of expertise and made sure everything was executed seamlessly. They kept our budget and vision in mind and suggested a great decorator (Bliss Events) for the wedding that we could have not found on our own. Not being from Thailand it was important for us to choose someone who knows the local language, which is a huge plus point. Leading up to the wedding I was all hands on being the control freak that I am but as soon as I got there it was great to just let loose and trust the team in executing for the next 2 days. Everything was taken care of perfectly from welcoming the guests to the last event. We had a last minute venue change for one of the events but Anita and the team handled it perfectly. Anita ji & Kavneet ji were talking to us constantly for 6 months before we could visit Thailand to actually plan the nitty gritty and the location. They both are a fantastic duo! Planning a destination wedding without actually being there especially when and I am a perfectionist was seeming to be a difficult task. The Wedding Galore team and were a God sent for us! they are perfectionists themselves and great at what they do! Anita Ji handles the vendors and gives a lot of options to choose from as per the clients budget and manages them super well, whereas Kavneet Ji is so systematic and professional. Super hardworking and she handles the hotels, transportation and accounts! Everything is put into excels & google sheets, so you know what all you are spending on. It's all in black and white which is great. My wedding planning took about 8 months and talking to them everyday for that period of time got us so close that I can call them family today haha, the bond we built was great, its been more than a month today and people are still talking about the wedding and how well managed and smooth the events were! Planning a wedding during covid times is truly challenging. One of the things me and my husband struggle was finding a venue because we had to consider covid travel rules but despite this we both knew we wanted a beach sunset wedding. After a lot of going back and forth with the event coordinators of JW Marriott, Mai Khao Beach Phuket, they suggested that its better to plan with a wedding planner on board. This would help us communicate and plan properly considering that me and my husband were not from Phuket. We ask the hotel event coordinators for wedding planner suggestions as we prefered to work with someone who has build a good reputation with the hotel and also has a very good idea of the venue. We received a list of five coordinators and I emailed them right away to check their availability. I wanted a wedding planner thats easy to talk to and basically who gets me even just in the first coversation ( first impression matters a lot ) and among the five, it was Kavneet from The Wedding Galore that cought my attention and also (without her knowing) made me so calm and extra excited! Speaking with her gave me that assurance every bride wants and needs. Immediately signed with them and started planning. Met her after 2 weeks in my visit to Phuket and instantly me and my parents felt connected with her. She made us feel that we are a priority and she negotiated in a smooth way that she got the best rates making us clients and hotel happy with the overall transaction. I definitely cant complain and at that point i was so happyyyyy i signed with her. After Phuket trip, I virtually met Anita who is Kavneet's business partner. Anita too was professional and sweet! They both were organised in such a way that they both had assigned task so they wont overlap each other which worked perfectly for me because whenever i had questions i knew who to ask. Planning a destination wedding is never easy and on top of that we basically had only 3 solid months to confirm and plan everything. I am a perfectionist and I pay attention to every detail but I felt light on my shoulders knowing I had Kavneet and Anita. They always knew the right words to say and always gave so much positivity throughout the planning. Even when i would panic, they were calm and professional in handling everything. After a lot of back and forth we finally came to the wedding days! All arriving guest were picked up from the airport with our wedding signboard and was greeted with Thai traditional dance and garlands as soon as they arrived at the hotel. Check ins were smooth as there was a designated area for check in. We also hosted a welcome dinner just so everyone would meet everyone. Everyone was well accomodated and The wedding galore team was always on top of everything! First day we had our Christian beach sunset wedding followed by reception. Considering this was the first day of the events there were a few misunderstandings which could have been avoided if we did a dress rehearsal beforehand ( we didnt think of this since schedule was tight and weather wasnt cooperating) Every christian wedding is different so dress rehearsals is really important. Even with the surprises and challenges we didnt anticipate, everything was handled professionally and calm (even if i became a bridezilla lol) I really do appreciate though how they were just listening to me and making sure that everything would be good. It is also important that during planning, seating arrangements or number of seats are properly planned to avoid problems during the actual event. Overall first day of wedding was MAGICAL! Truly God has blessed us with the best weather even if it was raining cats and dogs just the night before. Second day we had mendhi during daytime and sangeet at night. Everything was smooth, perfect and FUN in both events. Guests were well taken care from the time they step into breakfast till the after party. Everything was organised and coordinated properly by Kavneet and Anita. As a bride, I appreciate that they would ask how i was and if there was anything I needed. Both me and my husband had a blast!! It was definitely one crazy night! Third day was indian wedding day! Day started with heavy rains but despite this plan B was very well executed. There was a lot of miscommunication on this day mainly because weather was our enemy. It delayed the baraat & pheras. It also shorten the baraat from an hour to just 10mins because of hotel restrictions. It was a tough day for everyone but everyone carried on smoothly. Kavneet & Anita were on top of everything! Thankfully rain stopped and pheras was beautifully done! At this point everything was delayed already and Me and my husband was basically in a rush. Our guests on the otherhand never felt any stress or delay because they were well taken care of by Kavneet and Anita's team. No guest were ever hungry or thirsty. Last day of wedding was LIT everone dancing the night away. Overall, #KhannatwaitforNeesh was a dream come true. It was surreal! It was more than what we imagined as a couple. Everyone still talks about our wedding even up to now. The bonds & memories created in those three days were special. Everything was possible because of The Wedding Galore. I honestly cant imagine not having them. They made my life as a bride sooo easy and smooth. They always made sure I get the best. Thank you Kavneet and Anita! I appreciate you both so much! I had always wanted to get married next to a water body. As, Anand Karaj is difficult to arrange for outdoors it was seeming to be a difficult task. Then we came across The Palayana at Hua Hin, Thailand. I met with Twinkle, the owner of the property who graciously welcomed us to have the Anand Karaj at their beach house which next to The Palayana. We immediately finalized things with Sumeet and Andy who were visiting India at that time. They gave us meticulous details about the property and the menu sharing photographs and blueprints. Due to time constraints we were unable to actually go see the place before the wedding. Planning a destination wedding without actually being there especially when both my husband and I are perfectionists was seeming to be a herculean task. Then came along, highly recommended, The Wedding Galore! Kavneet and her team were a God Shot for us! Especially because they too love attention to detail! I mustve had long…really long calls with Kavneet finalizing the minutest of details….about things which I dint even think of….but ofcourse she knew! My biggest concern at this point was getting the right decorators. Kavneet suggested Pavrit and his team. From the moment I saw their work I fell in love….it was exactly what I had pictured. Mahima got in touch with me and I shared my mood boards with her. They sent me their presentation and it was done! I just had faith that from this point on I wont really have to worry about the ambience…that it will be perfect….and it was! 😊 Once we reached The Palayana, Shaun was there with us throughout making sure all our needs were met….which were plenty! considering the 100 guests….We were staying for a couple of days at The Blue Lagoon Villas managed by The Palayana which are beautifully made and spacious. It was home away from home! They helped us cater food at the Villas for our guests which was so convenient. It gave us the feeling of “shaadi wala ghar” before the actual functions were to commence. The day that all the guests were to arrive we had Dhol by Vicky and his team. They were great and a lot of fun! That morning I was to get my mehandi done and as recommended by Kavneet…Anita Maheshwari did a beautiful job on my mehandi….exactly how I wanted it to be! Kavneet and Anita are beautiful souls they were on their toes throughout making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and that we did not have to worry about anything at all. My husband has especially as me to add this - Thankyou! for handling all the last minute crisis so effortlessly and always with calmness and beautiful smiles. Now coming to my lifesavers! – Aarti and Nishi from The Wedding Galore - These two girls did not leave my side….anything and everything that I needed they were there….always! making sure they have the sequence of events, to the music lineup, helping me into my outfits….and just being there! Thankyou! The food at The Palayana was simply delicious! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Indian Wedding Food away from India The Palayana is the place for you! Andy and his team love experimenting and most importantly love food! And you can taste it! So, I wanted to have the Reception Dinner on the Beach. The biggest problem – by law you cant play music on the beach post 10:00pm! I was adamant and ofcourse no Indian wedding is complete without music! Sumeet then suggested that we have a Silent DJ…which we did…Thanks to DJ Sajan….and it was a BIG Hit!!! Everyone from children to teens to elderly thoroughly enjoyed it and we danced till wee hours of the morning without disturbing any of the adjacent properties or breaking the law! Our wedding was surreal! Everyone still talks about it till date! And it would not have been possible if it weren’t for all these beautiful and wonderfully talented people who love what they do. Thankyou to each one of you and everyone who made this so memorable for us….its the best wedding gift!

From my husband: We can book the best spaces, can buy the best of Clothes, and have the finest food........ Perhaps Weddings are more than all of this. Travelling to a Far off Destination for your own wedding can be really a tasking affair. Really? I knew that a Team is hired for the coordination, and it sounds ok as you are not in your own comfort space, own country, so this was required. The team came highly recommended; whatever one could think everything was covered and planned with them, where we were really impressed. That's about it (or that's at least what I thought)!!!! The real deal started with landing in the foreign land. From the Airport a Plethora of changes started falling in and suddenly we realised what all was needed and did not even occur to us; by the time we reached the Venue at least most of my plans had changed. We had plenty of guests who made last minute changes, literally making it impossible for us to follow any previous plan. And then I meet Kavneet and Anita, with soothing calm and cheerful personality. Their knowledge and experience comes across instantly and you want to feel comfortable and believe that all will be ok because they will make it sure. Three days, 120 Guests, 6 ceremonies. I personally like to have the extra changes be dealt with in a professional way while as this is a personal affair and guests are travelling , exhausted, many sudden requests so a personal approach is must with absolute politeness. I remember we instantly decided to book two special cars just 4 hours and the cars were in Bangkok and we at Hua –Hin. Yes sir!!!! They made it happen just in time. We all had issues with Decor and lighting etc etc. There is imagination, reference work to the perfection and endless discussions on themes flowers etc and then there is what is done and what you see eventually. Both the things are far apart. And yes in our case how could it be different. It Was!!!!! i will simply address this by saying that the look on my Wife's face and the happiness she would have felt was enough. This cannot end in 5 pages also, that's the kind of appreciation, Gratitude and happiness we all feel for the team. Every single guest felt this. One of the guests specially came on to the podium to thank the team and that's when you know your decision was right. From the deepest core of my heart I thank Kavneet and team for making this affair of a lifetime possible with Good and great and bestest memories. And this surely would not be possible without them.

Hello Hello, Working with Kavneet to plan our wedding was an amazing experience. She was working closely around the clock, and ensured that the expectations of both the families were aligned. I would honestly say that by the end as she was with us during our celebrations , she felt like a person who was part of the family helping to bring our wedding to realisation. The amount of professionalism, discipline, patience and hard work practised by her and her team is definitely something noteworthy which acted as the foundation stone for us to have an amazing wedding which also freed us as the bride and groom from any stress but also our parents to really focus on enjoying the special moments at the events rather thank focusing on the logistical details. Even Aarti who was the point of contact for me was a key support during the panic moments and made sure that I feel like the bride and all the necessary elements needed for me to be on time were on time. The grooms point of contact Shivam was a fun and relatable guy who took care of my groom to help him calm his nerves, to ensure that he was ready on time and to make sure anything else he may need such as food are there and any updates are shared promptly to keep the groom updated. Overall, I cannot emphasise on key role that wedding galore had in the success of our wedding. I and my husband would like to thank whole heartedly the team at wedding galore for helping us to achieve our dream wedding which would not have been possible without Kavneet’s help and the round the clock effort by her and her team.♥️

My experience in dealing with Kavneet of The Wedding Galore was nothing less than stupendous !! She is the most easy person to deal with and her attention to detail is so amazing !! Her smiling face in the middle of all the chaos is so reassuring ! 11 months is what it took us to plan my daughters wedding and we made 3 trips to HuaHin ... and she was there with us through out. I got in touch with Kavneet in March to plan my parents 50th anniversary celebrations . She was very patient and took us around different properties in Hua Hin and Phuket and after finalising our venue which was in Phuket , she took care of each and every requirement that we asked for . Well we just got back from the event and everything was so perfect that we as host could sit back and enjoy the functions , our guests were taken care of , the rooms were given to the guest as they reached the hotel , our vendors were do happy as kavneet took very good care of them aswell . Overall it was such a lovely experience to work with The Wedding Galore especially Kavneet she was like a family member taking our tantrums organising whatever we needed . I would go e them 200 out 100 if I could .

When two punjabi's get together, you know the entire event will be nothing short of splendid. I still remember the first time we met Kavneet, we were impressed with her passion for wedding planning. She shows you around and takes you through everything as if she is planning her own. I loved the personal touches and the fact that she was always around, whenever you needed her. She replied to every message of ours instantaneously and that gave us the assurance that we were making the right choice in terms of our wedding planner. Me & my now husband, Daman had our nuptials planned by The Wedding Galore in 2016, all our ceremonies were conducted in Rayong Marriott, Thailand from the 4th to the 6th of August, and looking back on our two year anniversary, it seems almost like a dream, the property was really good and the layout and decor for all functions were absolutely breathtaking, the hospitality was beyond reproach and Kavneet was a blessing, she stayed throughout all the functions and was so helpful while interacting with the locals, their creative initiatives and hard work gave us some of the best memories of our life, I have no regrets ❤????????
