We contracted Wedding Moments to capture videos and pictures for our wedding in October 2020 and our experience with them so far has been disastrous to at best. It has been more than 2 years and they still haven't deliverd all of the pictures ans videos. Their Traditional photography and videography service was very mediocre to begin with. The candid photography was good and that's about it. Once we selected the pictures, their initial album suggestion was lacking creativity, presentation was very mundane and not justifying their premium charges. After me and my wife spending almost a year to get the album finalized with their editing team, we were able get a presentable album. Once the album was finalized, their team took more than 6 months to get the first copy to us. We have requested a second copy and don't have a clue of when we will receive it. They ask you to pay 90% of the overall charges as soon as the wedding is done and stop responding properly. They have not even given us a draft of the cinematic video and looking at their quality of work so far, we do not expect it to be any different. In addition to providing delayed service, the owner of the company's (Kiran) attitude towards customers is not friendly or welcoming. He bearly responds to calls and messages and acts as if he is doing us a favor if he responds. Wedding is a precious experience in every couples life and we re-live those moments through pictures ans videos. If you want your Wedding Photograpy and Videography to be good, I would recommend not to go with Weddign Moments. I would have rated them Negative 5 stars if that was an option.

Kiran and his team are very easy to work with, which is essential when there's so much else to take care of during a wedding. The photos they delivered capture the memories of the day beautifully.

Having The Wedding Moments capture our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. Kiran and team are extremely professional and a joy to work with. They understood exactly how we wanted our special day to be captured and also patiently accomodated some of our eccentric last minute requests. The three days went by in a blur, but each and every memory has been captured so vividly and so well that it brings a smile to our face every single time. We had a pandemic wedding but they kept us connected to our loved ones through a fabulous live feed. Two years after getting married, as I go through my wedding pics taken by Mr. Kiran, I realize that I couldn't have made a better choice of photographer. Mr. Kiran and team's specialty lies is photographing the exact moments of emotions throughout the event; and once someone glances through the pictures, they tell a story. The team is also very accommodative of requests, and have worked closely with us so that expectations are delivered, plus some more! I would highly recommend to those who want their best 'moments' to be remembered forever.

Right off the bat I must say Kiran and his team and super efficient, accommodating and well the work speaks for itself. Not being from Bangalore let alone speaking the language, finding vendors and getting to understand my view was a very daunting task. However with Kiran it was smooth sailing from the get go. We had an initial meeting where we discussed the requirements and the technical details and that's about it. The wedding pictures and especially the candid ones were amazing. Not just us but our guests as well were super impressed by first of the AMAZING pictures that captured the most important day in my life and definitely need to mention the teams attitude towards the clients. Kiran is someone does not say NO to your requests and always has a fair means of reaching the middle ground, this I think is one of the many aspects you will like about him and his team's services once you decide on giving him the contract. 1. Albums and pictures have come out fantastic, once again he is willing to include all kinds of suggestions and choices you might have of your own 2. We never felt pressured or rushed once when he was photographing our wedding. Neither myself nor my husband really like having our photo taken, however there was not one photo that we said "oh I don't like that one". We love each and every photo.
